Check the o-rings
Slow leak when water was in it, I checked the connectors and took them off and the o-rings were dry rotted and cracked, #8 o rings from lowes was a quick fix. So far so good, but I got a mark on the tank this time to see if a few hours of heated water does anything while playing some games.

Perfectly functional radiator. Try contacting EKWB support in case of defects or damage?
I was surprised to see such a low rating on a radiator from EKWB, but then again there are only a few reviews and I suppose people are not really inclined to write a review for a radiator unless they have a negative experience such as bent fins or a leaky product. After all, the radiator in liquid-cooled PCs is often simply hidden within the PC chassis behind your cooling fans, so it's not like there's much to say regarding aesthetics; since even the one part that stands out, the logos probably won't even be visible depending on your configuration (I will say the silver/nickel logos and lettering on the black radiator body looks nice out of the box, however). It's your standard, minimalist design for a radiator, so there's not much to say there really. As far as performance, I can say that I'm satisfied with mine, but without a comparison study with empirical temperature data, I don't really have a metric to judge how EK's radiators compare to their competitor's in terms of performance versus cost.I can say that the build quality and design from what I can tell seems very good; it seems very sturdy; nothing is loose or rattles; and the mounting options are straightforward and hard to mess up. I do like how the inlet/outlet adapters for your liquid loop are slightly extended from the body of the radiator, but not excessively so, as this facilitates your access to them during the setup of your loop connections. For those of you who had defective/damaged/leaky radiators out of the box, I would not hesitate to contact EKWB's support team. They have been extremely helpful in my interactions with them and I can't imagine that they would not be willing to replace your damaged product. I'm pretty sure all of EK's products had stickers on them demonstrating that they passed quality control tests as well, so unless the product was damaged in transit, it's odd that a leak could get past the QC process.

The radiator is a quality product. I was able ...
The radiator is a quality product. I was able to mount it in the top of my Phanteks Luxe T/G case with out issue. Took a star away because every other major radiator company supplies enough long screws to use a push/pull fan arrangement. EK only supplies enough with the radiator to mount three 140mm fans not six so you will need to find some 6-32 x 1-3/16 inch screws to mount the other three fans. 12 more long screws would have given this 5 stars.

It Leaked!
Although the product looks well made, my sample leaked from one of the corners as soon as I started pumping water through it.
