This is a beautiful plaque. The only issue is that it is difficult to read. I have to move it around for the right back round color for the print to be read.

I have not heard from the seller as of yet. They repeated one of the words twice in my customization. There is visible glue on the base where the two pieces connect I will have to try to clean off. Not cool at all. I was going to give this as a gift to by best Doctor when he retires in two weeks. It's too late to order another now from a different supplier. Crappy service, poor craftsmanship for something so important.
