A bit of research on how keep my coffee beans as fresh as possible. Its big but not too big. It'll hold about 1kg of coffee beans. Easy to use, works very well. Nice and light even when full. I wish they made them in zesty colours but it still looks great in black.

Great Container. Easy to use and clean, lid is a bit tricky to clean to make sure all the water is off the inside. Very nice clean look with high quality finish. Makes a good seal maybe now fully airtight but I think it will keep coffee fresher for longer while stored. Just need a bigger one to accommodate more beans.

We all know that keeping coffee away from air helps it to maintain its flavour and quality. Whilst I doubt I'm refined enough to be able to tell if the coffee is six days or six months old, I nevertheless was interested in spending a bit of money on storage to address this. It seems like you can spend any money on vacuum coffee solutions but at £20 this seemed about the sort of price I want to pay, and going off the reviews and frankly being German-made, I had some reassurance that it was going to do the job. The item is a pleasing colour and weight, it fits in well in the cupboard and is stainless steel. Once you figure out the lid, which only takes a second really, it's very simple to use. Does it do the job? I suspect it does, there's lots of air rushing out of the whole when you push the lid down and once you've locked it shut with the button, you cannot lift the lid out again until you unlock it. Is it 100% a vacuum? Lord knows frankly and I doubt anyone can really tell you for certain. But I'm happy with it as a way to nicely store my beans in a manner that probably helps them to stay fresh.

Sturdy and airtight coffee can that keeps beans fresh for longer. Holds a full kilogram comfortably with easy access. Simple, clean design that looks good on the counter. Excellent value for maintaining coffee quality.

I had umed and erred about whether to go for the brand leader or save £10 and go for this ? So far no problems, apart from lacking a dust cover this works perfectly. The silicon seals look to be durable and forms a tight seal. The canister is good quality and nicely finished. If there is a negative it would be the locking mechanism which feels a little flimsy but in effect not sure it needs to too solid and it works. Overall so far it does what it says on the tin/box !

Ero abbastanza scettico sul suo funzionamento ma devo dire che il prodotto funziona. 250 grammi mi durano due settimane e solo due volte, mi è successo di notare verso gli ultimi 2 giorni una leggera degradazione nella crema e nella velocità di erogazione del caffé. Il contenitore è di buona fattura, dà l'idea di essere durevole e l'apertura risulta molto semplice. Una volta creato il vuoto, la chiusura è davvero ermetica e salda. Un piccolo consiglio: come per tutto ciò che sta a contatto con il caffè, ricordate di lavare il contenitore due o tre volte l'anno; questo evita che i residui oleosi diventino rancidi e rovinino l'aroma dei chicchi freschi.
