Went to charge it for the first time and lead was too tight , can’t return as window closed

Nothing has changed yetUsing it morning and night but it isn't unpleasant so I will keep going.Will update if there is any change

I tried using this as recommended for 1 full month to give it a proper chance. Absolutely no noticeable impact on my post nasal drip or sinuses whatsoever. For me, it was a complete waste of money.
