Video quality was nice and overall good product

Issue-amazon and Qubo in collaboration are giving false information to the customers. During purchase free installation was mentioned but after delivery Qubo team said installation is not available at the pincode and this is Amazon's mistake.Shouldn't this information shared with customer at the time of purchase. Amazon is rejecting return stating it's not in policy Qubo is rejecting installation

Hello all, The product is very nice and looks great. However I would like to inform and suggest Qubo team to have a adjustable angle installed in the device so that the customer can adjust the angle as desired and can view more of the area for motion detection than have a fixed viewing angle. In my case the camera viewing angle doesn't capture the staircase area due to the non adjustable viewing angle. For your reference I have clicked and attached a picture with my cell phone and the screenshot of the view from the Qubo app too to know the difference. The 1st picture is the devices viewing angle and the 3rd picture is captured with my cell phone. I personally think that it would be a great and fantastice device if Qubo could do this small addition in this device of a adjustable viewing angle. Over and above the video quality is great and quite audible if at all you have to converse with the person at your door.

It works on 2.4GHz wifi only. Hence a bit slow in voice clarity. But Video is too good. The doorbell is really worth buying.

After installing the Qubo Smart Video Doorbell in our home 10 months ago, I can confidently say it has exceeded all of our expectations. I would not recommend the Qubo Video Doorbell Pro. It has not been working for the last 7–8 months. Despite raising multiple complaints, no one has resolved the issue. Every time I contact customer support, they promise a callback, but I never receive one. The doorbell frequently goes offline, the chime doesn’t work, and the support experience has been extremely disappointing. It has been a complete waste of money. If you’re looking for a reliable doorbell, I suggest buying a normal wired or wireless doorbell instead. At least you won’t miss deliveries or visitors because of an unreliable smart doorbell. Very disappointed with both the product quality and after-sales service.
