Seller sent email to follow up on delivery and experience with watch
I haven't used it that long but need a watch I can were 24/7 witch includes bathing in it. A watch you have to charge is a pain in the ass and many of the top smart watches would not be a fit for me. The seller reached out to me about my thoughts. I expected a calendar that this watch doesn't have. The Kospet software is not as feature rich as many of the smart watches out their but so far the software that is there works. I haven't been able to get the voice assistant to work but I don't know how to set it up. The manual is weak. The watch appears very well made and I like the looks. I've seen watch faces it doesn't have that I wish it had, but the default watch face is very good about displaying the things I want to see. The sensors seem to be pretty accurate. It looks very rugged. The battery is amazing. I charged it 2 days ago and it shows 93% right now, and I have it set to take health readings every hour, and set to wake up when I lift my arm to see it. I have the display set to stay on 20 seconds when I access the watch menus. It is pretty responsive and scrolling is smooth. I think it is a great value. I'm liking it.

Awesome! But......
I love this watch but I do have some dislikes! To preface this review, I came from an Apple Watch so some of my cons come from that perspective. I considered an Apple Watch Ultra but I didn't feel like spending the money for one. I've used it solid for over a week now. Pros: 1. Amazing build quality. Screen & Body 2. Amazing battery life 3. Accurate activity tracking and body readings (I only really use the heartbeat tracking and sleep tracking. Not the blood pressure, blood oxygen, mood, or stress.) 4. Phone calls and notifications work well (besides the inability to show emoji) Cons: 1. Inability to customize and watch face colors and compilations. Colors seem like an easy thing to do but it's unavailable. 2. Inability to touch compilations on the watch face and go straight to the corresponding app/feature. 3. Lack of total syncing with Apple Health. My heartbeat readings and sleep tracking do not sync However, my steps do. 4. Inability to see emoji on messages. 5. Sometimes I have an issue where the screen doesn't respond to my touch for a time or 2. Not a big deal but it does happen. 6. Media control could be better but it's not hateful 7. Haptics motor isn't the strongest. Mainly I sometimes don't feel the vibration when I receive a notification. 8. The app doesn't offer complete control of every app's notifications. There are some apps that I want a notification on my phone but not necessarily on my watch. 9. Some of the "exercises/workouts" are a joke! Things like 'still', 'driving', tilting, escalator, elevator etc. There are a handful like that LOL. Clearly there for numbers. Again, I think this watch is really nice and does work quite amazing. Most of my cons are small nit picks bt it's my honest review and things I've noticed. I also wonder if all the apps/features are always running. There is seemingly no way to close apps.

App connectivity is TERRIBLE
The watch itself is great. I love the watch. Battery life is exceptional. I can charge it and not need to charge it for at least 10 days. I have text alert and phone turned on. I actually took a phone call from my wife while she was running errands and I was in the shower. HOWEVER, the connectivity with the app sucks. If I don't go in an manually synchronize before bed every night, the data WILL NOT synchronize to the app the next day. It's gone. You can't see any history. I have four straight days with ZERO steps. My watch only comes off every 10 days to charge it for an hour or so and that is it. I sent an email asking for help 6-8 weeks ago and NOTHING. I absolutely cannot recommend this watch because of the lack of connectivity with the app. EDIT: Kospet reached out to me. We walked through a few things and could not determine the problem. Because of that, they are sending me another watch. Initially, the communication was via messages. But, they did call me and we discussed the issue. There seemed to be an honest and legitimate attempt to correct the issue. As I said before, the watch is great. Hopefully, the new watch corrects the issue and I can edit this again and make it 5 stars. 2ND EDIT: They sent a newer version of the watch (Tank T3 Ultra 2). I had problems with it straight out of the package. Got everything set up, put it on, went for a walk. At 0.52 miles into the walk (0.84km), the watch froze. I couldnโt get it back to the main screen for hours. It still doesnโt work properly. With it being made in China, they have no way of taking it back, taking it apart and learning the problem. They โfixโ the problem by giving you a new one or a refund. Itโs unfortunate because I do honestly like the watch. My next one will have to be one other than Kospet.

Fantastic watch for the price
It does everything it states it can do, and contrary to what others have said, I've found the health reading to be pretty accurate such as Heart rate, blood O2, Blood pressure, steps, etc. The only thing I can complain about is you have to sync the app to update the temperature on the watch, there's not an option that I've found to change the elevation reading to Feet instead of Meters (the setting changes everything else but not elevation). It would be nice if it would sync with Samsung health, but that's minor. I love the sleep tracking, and all the other functions, but depending on how you have it set the battery will run down much sooner that advertised. I get 4-5 days from mine the I have it set up, which is still good, but it's not 2 weeks or anything like that if you're using the HR, BP, sleep tracker, O2. If you cut all of that off, or set the timer where it doesn't sample as often I'm sure it will extend the battery. This a tough watch, that for the money can't be matched by the likes of Garmin, Samsung, or Apple, and is not as fragile as Apple and the Samsung for sure.

Great watch and A+ customer service
EDIT: I got perhaps the best customer service that I have gotten anywhere with this seller. They were proactive and sent me a new watch. There are still glitches in the software but they are manageable and pale in comparison to the watch itself which is great. I highly recommend this brand over other "rugged" watches which are generally rebranded versions of this one. I really wanted to like this watch, but unfortunately the app that it pairs with is sorely lacking. The "raise to wake" feature would not stay functional when set through the app and the option to set it on the phone was not operational in that the button could not even be moved. I reset the watch and made sure I was running the latest firmware and it would work once and then disappear. This is a pretty standard feature on even 30 dollar watches with worse apps and it's annoying not to have. Secondly, the contact syncing feature does not work. It randomly chooses about 20 out of my phone and then gives me the option to sync to the watch. Unfortunately, the ones it "chooses" aren't ones that I need or want and the ones I do want will not import. Marking them as favorites and even creating new contacts still doesn't work. Interestingly, when setting up the SOS contact you are taken directly to your phone's contact app and can select any that you want. I've been told that this is a known issue with not only the Kospet Fit app but also Gloryfit Pro and Carbinox Pro. All 3 apps look pretty much the same. Finally, and least importantly, the selection of "hundreds" of watch faces is beyond misleading unless you like juvenile clip art. The vast majority are unusable for adults and there are many that are anime related or are merely clip art. There are also some that celebrate May Day and a nice collection of faces with Arabic words. (Not judging..but the developer should know their customers.) It's a great looking watch but not having a decent app to consistently control even the most basic functions of the watch is a deal breaker for me and I'm returning it.

Good watch, but of limited use to me
I guess this was a fad buy because everybody else seemed to have a "smart" watch. This one is comfortable to wear has good battery life, and does a nice job with basic functions. But for me it's just a big watch draining my phone battery all the time. I even have to "sync" it all the time, so it can tell me what I could easily get by looking at my phone. I will keep it and maybe later if I adapt a more outdoorsy lifestyle where things like Altitude will come in handy. But for now, I'm not wearing it very much. My significantly smaller basic Casio does fine. My opinion is based on how I perceive the watch. If you are the type of person or life the life this tough watch is made for, don't hesitate.

very nice display and robust
I have had several health watches and bands - Mifit series, Amazfit, E500, ED500, Polar, Fitbit that form the basis of this rating. I have had this watch for 9 days so this is an early review, and I will comment on setup, build, basic functions, heart rate, steps, bluetooth calling, exercise features, sleep tracking, app and general functionality: Setup: Instructions to get going were clear, app download and linking were seamless Build: this is an attractive watch with a beautiful high resolution and bright screen, and 4 buttons. So far I have used the screens it came with, but others are available for download. One of those included suited me just fine. Over the 9 days the battery life has gone from 100% to 30% so the prospects of getting 12 days or so battery life (AOD is not on) seem very good. Basic functions: Are as advertised and all seem to work. I have noticed that if I am out of range of the phone most of the time the bluetooth disconnects, and one has to relaunch the phone app to make it work. Bluetooth calling and linkage to the phone contacts work flawlessly. Exercise automatic detection kicks in after 4 or 5 minutes into the exercise, so it may be better to choose it to begin with. GPS turns on for outdoor walking etc Heart rate: does not match the polar heart rate strap or the Amazfit worn at the same time. Interestingly it behaves as the Amazfit used to before they upgraded the software - the timing of the fluctuations matches the exercise level, but the reported high readings are inflated relative to the Polar. Resting heart rate is very accurate. Steps: Match the other devices very very well Exercises - a lot of them are bundled, and I have tried only a few. They seem to work as expected and generate a record on the watch and the app Sleep tracking seems to match the other devices I have App: The app is clear and works well. However, there are features that could be improved. Data export and linkage to google fit or other apps for later processing - may only be of interest to techie. Most important is to solve autobluetooth reconnect. Blood pressure: I dont think the numbers produced are real, but there is a nice plotting utility for them. On my other watches they allow the user to enter the BP from a regular testing machine - taken at the same time as the watch reading. After doing this 2 or 3 times, the watch seems to calibrate and subsequent readings are accurate. This watch does not have that option, and would be good for them to add.

After one day
I got this item and was excited becuse it was durable, waterproof and had many features that I was looking for. And it worked great for the first day. I was going to go swimming today, but before I could get ready, the screen suddenly became coded and Corrupted. Maybe I got a defective product but there are other features that don't and that haven't worked from the moment I opened it for example. Some of my contacts won't connect so I had to add them Manually and I can edit or remove them once they have been added. The battery life is great and it tracks my steps and sleep well. The company has since contacted me and we are working to resolve the issue. I have worked with custom support and thanks to one employee named Jay, I have gotten a replacement and this watch is working better. So far there has been no issues. I will continue to use this product and update this review after I get back from my 2 week vacation. Thank you to the team and jay for helping me to resolve this issue and counter to help. I would definitely recommend this product. In the event that something happens to their product this company is very supportive and quick to help.
