Happy with fountain. Easy to setup. Only note;It is hard to gauge water level. After 5 gallons the pump is only partially covered, with 10 gallons in the fountain it works well.

Easy to setup, just insure you tighten the electrical lugs more securely to prevent accidents, it runs nicely, and it looks nice. At first, I was a little hesitant to order the fountain due to some of the reviews I read but decided against the negative and went with the positive feedback. After setting it up and turning it on, I remembered reading about leaks from some of the reviews; however, I found no leaks. I will watch closely for the first couple of months. In the meanwhile, I will add more decorative stones and some California native plants around the fountain.

The fountain is well insulated and arrived in perfect condition. The sound and lights are just right. My husband added a HBN Outdoor Remote Control Outlet (Amazon) and now we can operate the fountain from inside, a very convenient feature for stepping out early or late. We are very happy with the fountain.

The media could not be loaded. I was sick of cleaning out my bird bath every single day (the crows love to make it dirty with food they find) and having to constantly top off the water. I spent a long time looking for water features that were affordable and could still be used by the birds for drinking and bathing. This was the best one I found and the birds love it! I just set it up last night and this morning there are already birds all over it. I really like the shallow part to the left side which appears to be thr birds favorite spot to bathe (which I figured it would be and essentially sold me on this fountain). Set up was extremely easy, I didn't even need to read the directions because it is pretty intuitive. I am very pleased with this. I just wish it was slightly larger and that the color of the fake rock was a little lighter (like in the photos). I definitely reccomend.

Set this up at a low flow, sound of the water is not over whelming & the lights add a glow of mystery at night (a nice touch by the manufacturer).Addendum:It's been a week since I had received and set up the water fountain and It has already leaked water, from a small hole on the upper right side. This was only the second incident occurring with this fountain. Somehow the tube came off the pump and the pump itself did not shut off thus causing a flood of water on my patio. Though I did purchase a protection plan, I could not see a representative of theirs coming to my house to fix the inherent problems, and as it is too heavy to return, I fixed them myself. Perhaps my earlier five star review was too hasty as I should have waited at least a month before saying anything positive or otherwise. Now, I would give this product two stars, mainly for effort.The seller should be told of this, and Amazon should do it. A bad review of their product from myself would serve no purpose, it would only be one more added to an unwanted, dusty file.2/3/2025 Addendum: The Junk Dealers hauled this piece of crap away today, I had it in a pile of junk to be gotten rid of. This water fountain started leaking a few days after I first began using it. Admittedly, I was too hasty in giving my positive review of this Garden Water Fountain, an error in judgement I hope not to make again. Leaking as though intended to be a sieve, the fountain's cracks were too many to keep filling. If I could give this a minus amount of stars, I would, but Amazon gives me no such option. My hope is that others do not make the same mistake I did in purchasing this.
