Love this Hallmark card set! Cards have gotten so expensive, so this is a really great value. I bought this one for myself and am buying some of the other boxes for gifts. - Great value. At 29.99 for 24 cards this is about $1.00 per card, or less, as the storage box and dividers is at LEAST a $6 value. - Storage box is sturdy, fun and has magnetic closure. - Storage box will easily fit all 24 cards, with some room to spare for more. Since the cards are decorative they do take up a bit of room - about 3/4 full. If you are a card collector like me it probably won't hold your entire collection. - Dividers are handy. If you flip them over they are blank so you could title them differently if wanted. - Cards are fun / pretty and of good quality. A few of mine came fully wrapped in plastic, but most just had a protective sleeve over the front - so I think packaging has changed over time. I do prefer the fully wrapped ones. - Envelopes came separately. So you do have to match the envelope to the cards and I suggest doing that in advance. For the two square cards the matching envelopes are rectangle. Some people I noticed don't like that, but square is considered an odd size by the post office requiring special postage. So that is probably why Hallmark did this. The baby square card will still probably require extra postage due to the embellishments, but the other square card probably wouldn't since it's in a rectangle envelope. - Out of the 24 cards there is only 1 that I probably won't use b/c it's not my style. Pineapple anyone? Still a good value overall. - A lot of the cards will require extra postage which is to be expected for these type of decorative cards due to weight or due to being "non machineable". I send a lot of these types of cards so not a big deal. Two stamps should more than cover any surcharge. - Finally this set didn't have a detailed description so this is what you get: 14 birthday cards; 2 blank cards, 1 thinking of you card, 2 sympathy cards, 2 baby cards, 1 wedding card, 1 thank you card, 1 congrats card. Anyway, this would make a great gift for yourself, someone who likes decorative cards, or someone in your life who doesn't / can't get out much and buy cards.

This box set of cards is amazing, I'm so pleased with the quality of paper, the beautiful and fun designs on each card and the variety of cards included. All of the cards are made with high quality paper and include a plastic sleeve to protect the embellishments on the front. The set is primarily made up of birthday cards with messages but several other occasions are included too like wedding, anniversary, baby and sympathy as well as a couple that are blank inside. This would make a great gift for *anyone* but specifically the elderly or any person with mobility issues. My mother in law is getting older and has started using a walker. She frequently asks me to stop and pick up cards for her for different occasions and she doesn't always like the cards I pick! Recently we had our wedding anniversary and she shyly gave us a blank card with a sailboat stating she was embarrassed she couldn't give us a "more beautiful card" but she didn't want to ask us to buy our own card and she hadn't been able to get out and purchase one herself. That's when I decided to put something together for her so she'd have a ready supply. I had no idea they made sets like this outside of bulk holiday or thank you card sets. What a great idea for just about anyone to keep on hand! If you're looking to make a gift set too, I decided to add to this set to make it a bit more useful for her. I added a pack of Thanksgiving/Christmas holiday cards, a set of thank you cards and a set of any occasion blank cards.. all Hallmark sets found on Amazon (and excellent quality.) I also added a fancy stationary pen, pretty envelope stickers and a book of stamps. I think she'll be very pleased and I plan to occasionally reorder the different styles of these sets to keep her in stock. The prices of $25-$30 for 24 high quality cards just can't be beat.. last time I bought a card at the drugstore it was $8. Thanks Hallmark!! (Update: She did like the set but asked me to buy a few birthday cards that were "less cuties" and "more appropriate for men." There is also only one anniversary card and she needed a few. I hand picked about a dozen cards to add to the set and then she was very pleased with everything. The only other issue we had is with the envelope count. The set comes with exactly 24. She had made an error when addressing one and needed a new envelope. She was worried she would run out of envelopes before her cards and I figured more mistakes were bound to be made. They sell really affordable greeting card envelopes in 12 and 24 packs on Amazon so it was an easy fix to add to her set. And the additional cards and envelopes fit into the box, it's pretty much full now but you can definitely add to this set probably another dozen cards and still have room to comfortably thumb through them.

This set is truly top quality - everything from high end card stock to eye catching designs and suitable for a wide variety of occasions and ages. The handy file box is just the cherry on top. I highly recommend this as great value at a great price.

Definitely Hallmark quality greeting cards, unique and striking. Would like to have had a few less birthday cards and a few more get well or thinking of you. The file box is a great addition to add any additional cards you may have. A good value, well worth the money.

Overall, I’m very happy with this purchase! It’s an exceptionally good value for the money, as you get 24 cards with envelops and a large card box with dividers for a relatively low price. Considering that many nice brand name cards are upwards of $6 each, this set is really a steal! The card box is the star if the show. It’s very sturdy and has a magnet to keep the lid shut. The dividers help me keep my cards organized. Some of the divider categories didn’t apply to me, though, so I just flipped those dividers around and wrote in new categories on the blank side. The cards themselves are ok. Most of them are well made and aesthetically appealing. But the messages are pretty simple, short and generic, so I wouldn’t use them for a close friend or relative. The thank you notes are also a bit flashy for my taste, but they’d be great for kids. As other reviewers have noted, the cards are not evenly distributed amongst the categories, so you get a random number of cards in each one. The envelopes are a bit flimsier than I’d like, but they come in a variety of colors and sizes to accommodate all the included cards. Overall, it’s a great purchase and quite economical

These are great cards to have on hand. I actually found my first box set at a garage sale and have almost used every one of them. Now it was time to order new ones. And they don’t disappoint. They are high quality and beautiful. I will purchase again when these are done. Considering how much one card is in the store this is a great value. They also come in a sturdy box with dividers for each occasion.

My husband likes to roam around a certain big warehouse store. In his wanderings, he's found several collections of greetings cards like this which feature dimensional accents and a whimsical appearance. The birthday ones seem to go the most quickly, and I was down to a selection most geared for kids, when I needed some for adults. My Amazon search for options led me to this collection. What's not to love about Hallmark brand, right? I didn't know how these would look compared to other brands we've had from the other source, and these turned out to be a winner! The assortment is well curated. The styles and greetings are really versatile. I like that they came in their own organizer box, too. This set of greeting cards is just right for upcoming birthdays and other occasions. Spring and Summer seem to be a time where a lot of our friends / family members are having occasions where cards are needed to share our best wishes for them. I'd call this collection a really good value, especially when you think of what individual cards cost at the store!

I haven't been into a card store since before the pandemic, so my assortment of cards had gotten down to some really slim pickin'. When I saw this box, I thought it was worth a try. I'll be honest and admit I only selected this particular set because I liked the outer box the best of all the different sets offered here on Amazon. I have to say I am really impressed with the quality of the cards included, the box, and the whole set-up. Yes, there are more birthday than any other type of card, but I think most people send more birthday cards than other kinds. I know I do. The biggest asset to this is the value, the price per card is a fraction of what you would expect to pay in any store (except perhaps the dollar store) and they are actually nicer cards than what I typically selected (because I am thrifty). The second best part is that the box is large enough for you to add cards from other assortments so that you always have plenty of whatever it is that YOU feel is appropriate to have on hand to meet YOUR personal needs. I noticed a review that called these cards “Gaudy and Chinglish”, then stated the verses were "...obviously written by someone whose first language is not English." I got a good chuckle at the irony of that particular review. But in all seriousness, there is a brand of cards called "MINIMALART" that might be more to their liking. And there is no reason anyone can't put a different style or brand of card in this handy box. Heck, the box and dividers alone are worth half the cost of this!

it is a pity that for this time, they did not individually pack the cards. I have matched an envelope wrongly with a card and ended up wasting an envelope. hope that the inside will be standardised like the first set.

I send many, many cards monthly and these Hallmark cards are just terrific. They are so well made and there is such variety. I love them. As a disabled woman I can not get to the store. I have enough cards to cover all my needs. The box they come in makes a perfect gift box to wrap a gift in, they are so nicely decorated. Thank you Hallmark, keep up the great work, you have a customer for life in me.

I was so pleased with the quality of these cards. They are just lovely and have so much variety amongst them. Really reasonable price too compared to other packs. Most have embellishments too.
