Set up itself is a breeze. I'm not very technical but once I downloaded the app and followed the simple instructions it took just over 10 mins from start to finish.You are able to adjust the positioning , then secure the camera with the security screw, which is nicely hidden.The alerts are very quick on your phone and the 2 way communication is clear as is the picture - both day and night .There are 2 negatives to mention1. The chime is battery powered unlike others that are plugged in2. Once secured to the wall & removed the security screw you are unable to tilt the unit up or down , so just make sure you have the correct line of sight before securing and adjust for the height of the camera. My fault totally as should have checked, but would be good if you were able to adjust it.Overall a fantastic Video Doorbell Camera for the price and absolutley no issues with the picture or sound

Does all that is described on advert. Chosen as we wanted a subscription free bell. Easy to attach to door area. Had difficulty setting up connection to phone, took a while to share to a second phone but managed it eventually.Pleased with the clear picture and sensitive motion sensor. Good value for money.

This is a great quality video doorbell that also doubles up as a security device offering advanced PIR motion detection whenever someone is in the vicinity of the camera. It's got a high quality 2.7K video feed that can be access from anywhere in the world as long as you have access to the internet. It's very simple and easy to use and communication via the doorbell is very clear.It also benefits from amazing quality night vision and it pulls through onto your Alexa smart home system so you can view the video feed from your Alexa devices, perfect for my setup.Price point is very reasonable, quality of the product is good and it's simple and easy to get it up and running. It even includes a doorbell chime at the price which most other companies charge a good deal for.Great value for money product, very reasonable price.

Easy to set up and install initially but after two days it disconnected from the app despite being set up approximately 2m from the router. It took about 8 attempts to reconnect the device but again after about 20 minutes it disconnected again. This has happened repeatedly now and it won’t work for longer than 20 minutes. Very disappointing and frustrating. Customer service link provided on Amazon does not work and the only option seems to be to return for a refund.

Once I'd downloaded the app I found the setup easy to follow and, so far, the doorbell / camera performs as expected. One caution is that the remote chime is only battery operated, so that could prove a downside in time - we'll see. (NB: The offer of a free second remote chime or six months of cloud storage, seems to be dependent on the buyer providing a "suitable" Amazon Review first). The camera image is clear, as is the two way communication.One other issue I have, is that the Amazon page states: 【IP66 Waterproof & Free Cloud Storage】. In fact, there is only one month of cloud storage that can be activated for free, after that there is a mothly subscription.

This is excellent for the price. Easy set up. Good picture actually comes up as a Picture in Picture on my tv is someone rings the bell. No subscription fees. Would buy again.

We had a problem with charging the unit, but XTU customer service have been great so far with quick responses and help, which will hopefully result in a good outcome.
