Helps with Detox & Bloating
I bought this because I heard Dandelion tea helps with detox and also helps in feeling less bloated. It definitely helps but you do need to drink at least 2 cups a day to see any benefit and it’s not magic. I added a little lemon and honey to make the taste even better!!

I bought this dandelion root tea mainly for health purpose. Flavour is mild bitter and earthy. Pyramidal bags have good quality and easy to use - just put in hot water and it is ready. Taste is simple and natural, not artificial flavour. I am using daily after lunch, helps in digestion I feel.

Extremely Bitter
I was hoping to enjoy the benefits of dandelion root tea, but unfortunately, I found this particular brand to be incredibly bitter. It was so intense that it was quite difficult to drink, even when I tried adding sweeteners to balance it out. If you are sensitive to strong, bitter flavors, you may want to look for a different brand or a blend.

I was so excited to get this and it didn’t disappoint. Dandelion is a bitter tasting flower; however, I was happy to receive the loose leaf tea. I drink it as part of my night time wind down routine.
