I’ve been using this for a couple of months now and I’m actually surprised at how well it’s working. I got lab work done back in March and my Dr. told me I was starting to look pre-diabetic. My A1C was a 5.7. Obviously that’s not super high but he wanted me to lay off of the sweets. I started taking this in April and using Monk Fruit as my main sweetener. I got my lab work done again last month and found out I lost 7lbs and my A1C went back down to 5.5. I haven’t started working out or really doing anything extra.. just using Monk Fruit in my coffee and taking this! I absolutely recommend this product!! If I can lose 7lbs and get my A1C down 2 points in 3 months just by doing what I’ve done, I can’t imagine how beneficial this product would be for someone who also adds exercise and a strict diet to the mix. As far as any side effects, honestly I haven’t felt anything different. I will say I can feel more energetic and that tends to last much longer than it would with just taking B12 vitamins. I also don’t have the intense urge to eat sweets before and after I go to bed. I’m assuming this has also helped with my appetite. I’m definitely going to keep taking this and will update along the way. I want to add exercise to my routine.

I love the product itself but this bottle came with inner seal. My previous bottle did have the foam seal and the outer ring seal.

Nor sure it is helping to lower my blood sugar but time will tell. No side effects and was delivered on time.

I like these and take them regularly.

I've been taking it for a week and haven't noticed a difference. No side effects. I will keep taking a while longer and hope to get some energy back and lose some weight.

Have purchased this brand several times and it is always easy to take in the capsule form. It's easy to swallow and there is no unpleasant aftertaste.
