After using the Anker Power Bank 20,000mAh with the built-in USB-C cable, I found it to be an excellent choice for reliable portable power. The integrated cable is one of its most convenient features because it can be used to recharge the power bank itself and charge many Android devices without carrying an extra cable. For Apple devices, using a certified compatible cable is recommended to ensure proper charging performance and compatibility, since Apple devices may use different charging specifications and power management systems than many Android devices. The power bank delivers fast, dependable charging, and although it is slightly larger and heavier than smaller models, the extra battery capacity makes it a great option for travel, work, and long periods away from an outlet. Overall, its convenience, performance, and build quality make it a highly recommended product.

This power bank has been one of the best purchases I've made. I originally bought it for backpacking the Devils Dome Loop Trail so I could keep my phone and headlamp charged, and it worked flawlessly throughout the trip. After using it in the backcountry, it quickly became something I carry with me every day. My iPhone 13's battery isn't what it used to be, so it's nice to have a reliable way to top it off whenever I need to. It's also been great for my camera gear. I regularly use it to charge my GoPro and Canon camera batteries, making it a great addition to my photography kit as well as my hiking gear. One feature I really appreciate is how quickly it charges both itself and my devices. The built-in USB-C cable is also incredibly convenient since it's one less cable I have to remember to pack. Overall, this is a high-quality power bank that's been reliable whether I'm backpacking in the mountains, traveling, or just going about my day. It's well built, charges quickly, has plenty of capacity, and has easily been worth every penny. I'd definitely recommend it.

Great power bank. I have already been using it for basically a year without issues. It is big enough to maintain even my laptop for an hour when needed, but still small enough that it is allowed in my bag during flights. A tip if you are charging something using low voltage and see the charge stops after a minute: Double press the big button on the power bank to put in in "low voltage charging" mode. You will notice a green leaf in the screen. Basically, some power banks don't fully detect the request for energy from small devices that use low charging rates. You need to enable it for those. Ps: the power bank itself is quite heavy

Just from doing multiple charges on phones and tablets, I'd have to say this is one of the few power banks out there that is not a total marketing lie for how much capacity it has. 20 AH seems realistic, and if your phone is only down to 30-40% on a 3,800 mAH battery, I'd expect a good half dozen charges out of this. It also had no problems charging a larger tablet up with a 6,500 mAH battery, and still showing > 65% left on the display. I really like the percentage display for checking state of charge. I also like that everything I plugged in just started charging, no need to press a button or wake it up. When I connected it to a high power charger (I'm using an Anker nano-II 65W USB-C charger), the recharge time is very quick for that large of a pack. When it said it was down to 25%, it took around 2 to 2-1/2 hours to being full. It also runs all my phones and tablets in quick charge mode, so the communication to them to switch voltages and charge rates all seemed to work flawlessly. I only have Android and PC hardware to test charging, so I can't confirm Apple devices that others say work fine as well. I like the built-in USB-C cable on it. I can pull this out and not also have to fish for a cable at the same time. I like that I can charge devices off the built-in USB-C cable, but plugging that same cable into my charger will also charge the pack. No dedicated charge (input) vs power (output) ports on it, everything is flexible and works either way. It also has other USB-C and USB-A connections into it. I've also tried charging it via my own separate USB-C cable, while simultaneously using the built-in cable to charge my phone, and it had no problem with that. Walk away and come back later, and both the power bank, and my phone were both at 100%, off the same Anker charger just cabled into the power bank itself, and "daisy chained" into charging the phone. No need for multiple wall warts and separate cables to get everything charged. I see no reason you couldn't put a 3rd device, like a tablet, MP3 player, your BT headphones, etc, off this at the same time as well, and come back to everything topped off in a few hours. Very nice. Size is perfect for that large of a capacity. It's about the same size as my phone, and a bit more than twice as thick, including the bump case around my phone. Weight is not bad either, I don't really notice the addition to my backpack. This is also about as big as you can go for flights, given the more recent power bank limits on airlines of 100 WH (this one is 87 WH). Anything larger, even if it's just a marketing lie printed on the case, and they won't let you bring it on the plane any more. And this one should get you through some long flights, even watching videos on your phone in flight, as opposed to on a seat-back display, and still be able to make calls and have your phone charged when you arrive. Really like it, glad I picked the name brand one up. The only thing I don't have yet is long term degradation from many charge/discharge cycles, but we'll see how it holds up. You won't be sorry if you go with this one, and it's nice to know you can actually get what you pay for sometimes.

I love the fast charging of the battery and the built in cable. You can charge the battery from empty injust over an hour (with a fast charger), so you can refill at the airport during a layover. I use it for a medicine cooler, so having a full battery for an overseas flight is important to me. This works. The battery that was sold for the cooler may be the same size, but the lack of fast charging makes it less useful. The Anker battery is perfect for my needs.i love it.

I’m going to keep this short and sweet Pros: 1. Looks and feels nice. Not too bulky 2. Holds power decently long. I get about 20hrs of recharge from a full battery cycle 3. I like the display of how much juice is left. (Its not accurate) 4. Built in type c cable is nice Cons: 1. The display is not accurate. It runs from 30% to dead in about an hour. This should take about 5 hours of charging to do based on the rest of the battery life 2. The type C cable is short. Its utilitarian mostly but it does give you a “second charger” capability 3. There’s only 1 USB port. This one hurts if you like me and use this daily. I end up having to juggle cords to keep my devices charged where i work 4. When you leave a cord plugged in to the power cell longer than 10 minutes, but NOT into the device, it will not charge the device until you unplug the cord from the power cell. Gripe but it is annoying 5. It doesn’t recharge very fast. It takes at least a day if not 2 days to recharge it to full 100% from 0%. Overall it’s a nice thing to have. Id pay about 40$ for something like this and feel like i didn’t get ripped off. Anything more and you could go elsewhere and get more quality

I have used a ton of batteries and power banks over the years, and this is one of the best in terms of the balance between size, power, and usability. I have used it almost daily for over a year and never a problem. I travel with two. As long as I have one charging while I'm using the other, by swapping them back and forth, I never run out of power while *simultaneously* using it to power a laptop, iPhone, and iPad. Important to note that this use case assumes you recharge the Anker Power Bank from a device that delivers least a 60W+ charge via USB-C PD, as the Anker Power Bank happily accepts about 63W max which is why it can recharge so quickly. This is also the largest capacity power bank that's technically permissible under a conservative read of international air travel rules (FAA/IATA). Although you rarely get larger ones confiscated at airline security, it happens, like to me in a country where following rules is a national pastime 🇩🇪👀😆.

Really love this portable power bank. I use it everyday for school to charge my phone, watch, and Macbook. It has enough capacity to charge everything and does it really fast. Use the built in cable if you want the fastest charging speeds. It charges my Macbook like it was plugged into the wall. Love the actual percentage reading instead of the dots on other power banks. People always compliment my charger while they have to find a wall outlet. Has another usbc port to charge with along with a regular usb. Can charge 3 devices at once which comes in handy alot. Can't recommend this power bank enough. The price is very fair. I've had it for over a year in the car and on top of my desk and it holds a charge like it was brand new. Really good quality build and battery.

Powerful and durable, very good quality

Excellent power pack. Have used it on my travels and it will charge two samsung Galaxy S25 F phones fully no problem. Separately it will also charge one Samsung Galaxy S10 FE with enough charge left to almost charge a phone. This product is great for long trips. I use google maps a lot and found it would drain my battery down towards late afternoon. Just plug this pack in and charge on the go. The attached charging cable is a great feature and stows neatly into the batteries side, however it could be a little longer. It's a little heavy but to get the extra juice requires the extra weight. I've carried it in my backpack and it's not noticeable for me. Overall great product if you're looking for that extra charge out of one battery pack.

UPDATED REVIEW: Turns out I was using a charger which did not provide enough input for it to charge quickly. Turns out my charger provided 65W output only to my phone. If I charged with other devices, it was only 10W power source. That is why it took so long It is clear to me from this that the customer support is not trained or does not know how the product functions. Customer service I will give a 0/5. They do not help you or provide any advice. They keep delaying replying. They will only tell they will help you to replace it and dont reply after that. The customer service reps should be trained on the product Coming to the product it is excellent. - I bought a 65Watt PD charger and it went from 24% to 100% in 45 minutes. Excellent stuff. Fast charging is very useful for me when I am hiking and get power sources sparingly like once in 2 days and I don't have to spend 7-8 hours in a hotel for charging the powerbank lol - It charged my laptop from 50% to 94% in 48 minutes I am very happy with Anker powerbank. For the product I give it a 5/5. I am very disappointed with the customer support which is a 0/5 OLD REVIEW(1/5): This power bank does not keep its promises The description page says it charges in 1.5 hour with a 65W charger Reality: It took 6-7 hours for it to charge And the support is the worst They ask for details and they say they will replace and after 2 days they keep asking for invoice or they don't reply at all I had to waste another 30 minutes with Amazon support to get back my refund I am not going to buy an Anker product again and I would suggest you to do the same They are full of misleading advertising and incompetent support

Really liked this power bank. I have been using it with my Samsung S24 Ultra, and it easily gives me more than two full charges. The charging speed and overall performance are very good. I mainly use it along with my Xiaomi Pad 6 tablet and phone, and this single setup is enough for me to comfortably manage for almost two days without worrying about power. Compact, easy to carry, and very reliable for daily use. I have been using it regularly since purchase and have not faced any issues so far. Definitely a good buy for travel and everyday use.
