Healthy veggies right on my counter
I just sprouted my first jar of this seed mix, and it turned out fantastic. It's been years and years since I've "jar farmed", but it came back in a flash. I bought a couple sets of those sprout lids on Amazon (the yellow, green and orange set) and put one on a wide mouth mason jar. Soaked overnight, drained, then rinsed about 3 times per day. It sat on my counter upside down at an angle in a small mixing bowl, which allowed it to drain well. My mason jar wore an old black sock from hubby (clean of course, ha ha), since sprouts like to start in the dark. On the third day, it did a strip tease of the sock and I put it in a window. In a few hours it was GREEN! It's in my fridge in the same jar, and we've been munching on them daily. I give it a nice cool rinse once a day, and it's fresh and crunchy. The bag says it's alfalfa, radish and broccoli. But the sprouts seem mostly alfalfa. Still, it's yummy. I plan to add it to my green smoothies, too. This 8 oz bag will probably last me quite a few months. I plan to purchase again when out.

Been sprouting this mix a long time..they are delicious!
This seed combination is a great blend and are my favorite sprouts. I can eat them without anything else they are so tasty and fresh. I bought one of those RubberMaid Freshworks produce savers just for my sprouts and they now last a very long time in the fridge. I spin them dry with my OXO small salad and herb spinner before storage.

Recommend this brand.
I have used this brand before and found it an excellent company. I use a quart canning jar with a sprout like. Nothing fancy. I add 1 1/2 Tablespoons into the jar and soak with about 1 cup of warm (not hot) water for several hours. Rinse with cool water. Shake out the water out of the jar and set it on its side shaking the seeds flat in the jar. Rinse 3x a day till they start to sprout. Then 1-2x a day. The last day or two, put in a sunny window to green up. YUM!

Grows quickly, very tasty :)
Second time buying this, great germination. I make my sprouts in a glass jar and as long as I rinse the buggers enough (couple times a day, rinse and drain at an angle in a bowl), they come out great! Very tasty. The radish gives it a nice kick, a little too much of a kick if I get lazy and let them grow too long lol. Last time I had to pick some of them out cause it was a bit much lol

These make a good sandwich mix
I use these (sprouted, of course) instead of lettuce on salads. That's a much better way of getting your nutrients than pills! These include radish, so they actually add a subtle flavour (unlike lettuce, and better than store-bought sprouts which are usually only alfalfa). If you want to see an easy way to sprout these yourself with hardly any effort, here is my own youtube video about how to build an automatic sprout-maker from mist nozzles, food storage containers, and a garden hose timer: [...]

Great salad/sandwich sprouts
Love the radish and broccoli flavors in my salads or on a sandwich. Good germination rate.

Okay but had trouble with the larger seeds
I bought these along with the alfalfa-only pack. The alfalfa seeds in this pack grew fine, but the larger seeds (ie, radish and broccoli) didn't grow much at all. I have much more success with packs that are all one type of seed.

Taste excellent. Very crisp
Got them quick. Soaked a teaspoon for about 5 hours. Put them in a pint jar with a mesh top. In half a day, they began to sprout. Three days later of rinsing twice a day, I have a very full jar of sprouts!! Taste excellent. Very crisp. Slight radish flavor which we like. I do have three more jars starting to sprout as well! Thanks for a great product and these seeds are extremely fruitful!!
