Very happy with this. At first the whole thing didn’t come. It was sent in two boxes and one came the next day so I was worried. However once I got it all it did not disappoint! It was time consuming to build but the instructions were clear and it turned out so beautiful. My kids new playroom is complete and looks luxury on a budget. Looks very similar to the pottery barn one. Love this!!!!

I bought this unit because it looked a lot like one from Pottery Barn but was a fraction of the price. It's particle board and needs to be assembled and is small but it absolutely gets the job done and looks great. We converted our garage to a playroom and I didn't want to spend a thousand dollars on furniture. I typically would advocate for real wood and not particle board but I really was going for a certain look with this room and was not super focused on a forever piece or resale. This looks really nice and is functional for our needs. I'm not sure it would survive a move but that's ok, I only intended this to last in the room that is flex space until we use it for something else. The first box they sent something crazy happened in shipping and it made it all the way to my city but then got returned to the sender for being damaged before it ever made it to my house. The second box sent out arrived ok. My expectations are for a particle board piece of furniture that looked nice so if you want real wood or a workhorse type of unit this is not it. If your expectations are set then you will be very happy with this. The only Cons I have about the unit are that the drawers it comes with have an extremely limited opening which didn't allow me to put what I had hoped to store in them, but I worked around that. I also think the stickers it comes with that cover the nail heads will fall off fairly easy so that will eventually need to be addressed. So far they are holding on and the unit looks really nice. I am very happy with it and love that it has an expensive look without having to pay the expensive price.

I’ve bought this item for the kids room it looks good , however there were 2 missing parts number 15. And the drawer handle is poorly made broke during the installation. I’ve contacted seller but they weren’t helpful. Do not recommend buying from this seller.

It’s an amazing product. Customer service got back to me right away. When I only got 1 box with half of it missing. But they then told me it came in 2 boxes. It’s huge and nicely made. Only reason I gave it 4 is because it shouldn’t say delivered if it’s a double package and both haven’t arrived.

Looks great, though assembly was little difficult.Great value for money

The media could not be loaded. Love this, looks just like the picture, worth the money. Extremely heavy I don’t suggest building alone but it’s possible. Easy to assemble when ready instructions thoroughly.

One piece of the shelves was not cut properly- the holes that connect the drawers together. Now they re off and the drawer will not close. Instructions are vague and overall, not the best.

Anytime you buy something that isn't real wood you know there might be issues. We had very little with this. In fact my biggest worry was the drawers. I was afraid my kid might be able to pull them out and drop them on his foot. They lock in nicely. They are easy to pull but not easy to pull out of the tracks.
