These wheels have been great so far! They were extremely simple to install - just remove the old casters and snap these in. In less than 2 minutes you'll have a much smoother chair! The casters make virtually no noise. They're extremely smooth rolling. For me, most importantly, they don't cause any damage to my flooring. My chair's previous casters caused damage to my LVP flooring, which is what spurred me to seek these as an alternative. For the price, these wheels are definitely worth it. As other reviews have said, these added a little height to the chair over the original casters, but it wasn't significant (less than an inch, in my case), and it doesn't prevent me from positioning my chair under my desk.

Installation was relatively easy, two of the shafts of my old casters refused to come out so had to bring out the pliers and some force. Overall, very impressed with these wheels, the price is excellent, they roll very well, and they do not damage the floor, i have a hardwood laminate and its great. they also make no noise while rolling, friction is very low they add a little height to the chair so if you are already towards the lower end you may need a new cylinder, however for me this worked out great since i recently replaced the cylinder and have plenty of margin for my desk. frankly it feels weird having so little friction but its kind of nice

These roller wheels are a big improvement over the stock casters on my office chair. They roll smoothly, make almost no noise, and I don’t have to worry about scratches on my hardwood floors. Installation was fast and simple—just pulled the old ones out and snapped these in. The only downside is that they add a little extra height to the chair, so if you’re already at the top end of your desk setup you might notice the difference. Otherwise, they make the chair feel much smoother and easier to move around, and I’d still recommend them. For me the height was actually a benefit because the cylinder of my chair was making contact with the floor. After putting these wheels on, the dragging on the carpet stopped because the chair was raised about another 2 inches. Great double benefit!! Material quality seems fantastic as well and has held up for a few months so far.

It was harder to take the original wheels off than to put these on and the difference was immediate! I love just rolling around! I can definitely see these being used on a rehab chair as well. So smooth!!

I don't like using chair matts on my carpet, especially since I have two chairs in close proximity in my office area, the matts would almost intersect. Had high hopes these wheels would improve moving my chair in and out of my desk on my carpet, what happened, the taller wheel with offset swivel actually gave more resistance when the wheel tried to pivot to change positions, more so than the OEM dual smaller diameter wheels. The wheels roll great when all turned and moving in same direction. Unfortunately, that is not how a desk chair is used, constantly moving away and towards desk. I'm sure these would be great on a hard surface or even a commercial short pile to weave carpet, but my carpet is more like "bedroom" carpet. Oh well!

I’ve be thinking about getting these wheels for months now and finally did it! I put them on immediately and love them immensely. They were easy to put on and the size was perfect. Compared to my factory wheels these are a 10 out of 10! Sleek and quieter. Moves like a dream. No adjustment necessary- just get the right size and your set. Installed them with zero problems.

Prefect replacement for my current and recently replaced office chair. Installed without issue and are already much cleaner and quieter than the stock casters, which had a habit of collecting considerable amounts of dirt. Fully functional on my tile floor, yet soft and smooth enough for wood floors and carpeting . The appearance is much more modern and functional than the old casters, while being remarkably sturdier and quieter. Don't let the low cost throw you off, there are an incredible value for money and a solid investment.

I use these on my sewing room chair and they're great. Very smooth and quiet. So much better than the stock wheels that come with the chair. Super easy to install.

Utterly smooth and frictionless (at least on laminate floors). These make any office chair so easy to move and even when hair does get in/around the wheels it's much easier to remove. These make the chair move so smoothly you barely need the lightest push to move it. Just standing up can cause the chair to begin rolling back so a word of warning - never sit back down assuming the chair is still there if you have these wheels equipped. Always check first or you might end up on the floor. 5 stars because they are so easy to use, the chairs move without any fuss at all, and frankly if you have enough open space in your room they are really fun to use too.

Love these for my shop chair , they roll over everything well almost everything ! 😁 Only thing is now I know my shop is not level cause these will roll when not level lol But so much better than the wheels the chair comes with ! Highly recommend for any office chair! Will roll well on carpet as well!

Delivery was on time and quick. These chair wheels are quiet compared to the generic office chair wheels when rollimg the chair and also are likley to cause no stratches or damage to your hardwood floors. Well made and fit the standard office chair with no problems. Keep in mind, these wheels are about an inch higher than the standard wheels. If your chair is already all the way down then you might find that you cannot comfortably place your feet on the floor when you install these wheels. So ensure you have about an inch of height available to lower the chair.

Can't give it a bad review, because they roll very well as advertised, HOWEVER, I ended up finding it very uncomfortable for my chair to move that easily under me. My floor is also SLIGHTLY uneven, but still enough to always pull my chair on the side. However if you really need to move around with your chair you are going to love it !
