Have order this same lock for my other home. And it's working well since 2 years without any issue. Easy to access and assign users. Highly recommended.

Malfunction happened after 2years of usage, I need to completely break the lock and remove to open the door. Godrej has not also updated me if this will be replaced by them or not as it was a problem in the product.

Good on the product: 1. Godrej professional installation 2. Fits well on Wooden door with thickness of 40mm of more 3. Robust product 4. Unlocks with Pin, fingerprint, Tag (comes with the product, somthing that is used to enter office premises), App 5. You can change Pin, remove or add fingerprint access as you need (guess only for 99 people). For a office this may not be a great option as it restricts to 99 people. 6. You can call call center and ask for help and they are reachable (I tried calling call centers of other companies, I could not even get connect to their executives) Something that you should know: 1. Please check if you are overseas and you plan to unlock the house from the app living abroad (generally people living abroad do it for old parents living in India), the app may not be available for installation abroad. 2. Fairly consistent but sometimes it takes multiple attempts to login with fingerprint 3. Don't reschedule the installation if you have selected the date. If the guy comes at your door and you ask him to come again then it becomes chargeable visit (guess Rs. 200, installation is still free) 4. I suggest keep your traditional lock also operational. This is electronic and you never know some day that traditional lock can be handy 5. Many ask Yale vs Godrej. Yale is a great company, but yo get all the features of this lock you may have to spend 50% more. Hence I avoided Yale. However, all other doors at my home have brass Yale locks and they are awesome. 6. Don't chew head of the installation guy, they come from Godrej and they are supposed to take care of installation. 7. Best is to learn how to use Godrej App as for non IT people that can get a bit overwhelming. You need to have your internet on at home (I guess, please double check it) if you need to unlock from app. Hope you found this review helpful. This is amazing and futuristic.

Pros: 1. Versatile and useful for daily use. Makes life easy. Safety always 2. Accurate fingerprint reading(almost) 3. 1 year battery life with moderate use 4. Firm and reliable action. No play 5. Good app features 6. Installation- neat and on time Cons: 1. After 8months, the gold layer is showing wear and tear. No longer looks new. 2. Not the sturdiest lock. Only good for daily use. Additional deadbolt may be good. Suggestion: invest in a higher end lock with deadbolt. Biometric locks have eased my life a lot. Must buy!
