I’ve been using this heated eye mask in the evenings after spending long hours looking at a computer screen, and it’s become part of my daily routine. The fabric feels soft against my skin, and the heat is gentle and evenly distributed without feeling too hot. I really like that it’s cordless, so I can move around the house without dealing with a cable. The rechargeable battery lasts through multiple sessions, and the washable cover is easy to keep clean. It also fits comfortably without putting too much pressure around my eyes. Overall, it’s a relaxing way to unwind after a busy day. If you deal with tired or dry eyes, this eye mask is definitely worth considering.

Pros: Comfortable, very soft, heats up well, 3 settings, adjustable elastic band. Good for migraines, styes/blepharitis, blocks out light. Cons: Doesn’t come with a carry pouch like others which is VERY ANNOYING!! Charging cord is extremely short, why? Wish the mask stayed warmer longer. I will still give it 5 stars because it truly is a nice mask. It came unused, packaged well in a sturdy box, fast shipping. Overall I am happy with my purchase. My main 2 issues is that there’s no carry pouch to put it in (unsanitary to carry it around open like that especially if you’re traveling) and the cord is waaaaaay too short.

It is slow to heat up--18 minutes--and turns off in 15 minutes. There are three heating options, but for my eyes, I use the lowest (green) and it is adequate for my eyes. The options are color-coded: highest--red; next--blue. The cover is very comfortable and has a nice, smooth feel. It can be removed to be washed. The head band is really nice. There is plenty of room for the largest of heads (which I happen to have 😁); it is quite adjustable. There is a little flap under each eye area; I'm assuming it gives more blockage from sunlight. I am very pleased with this product. I use it a.m. and p.m., but not for a sleeping mask but I feel confident in saying that it will do a fine job of protection from light. It is adequately thick. It is light on weight.

Nicely made. Gets very warm. Charges easily. Comfortable to wear, but even the lowest setting is a little too hot for me. Goes off on a timer. More effective at staying warm than some of the microwave versions.

Well, after 14 months, without warning, it caught on fire and burned my left temple where the off/on button is located. I really liked the convenience of this eye mask. Didn’t like that it was not a tight fit and never rested on my eye lids. Just hovered above. So, not a well fitting eye mask meant to relieve dry eyes. I kept it because I was going on a trip and really needed something that was rechargeable. Even after realizing it was not fitting well, I had used it and not being a fan of returning used items, kept the eye mask. It also had two hard square items inside the mask on both sides of the temple and if you fell asleep and turned on either side of your head, it was uncomfortable. I assumed those were for the rechargeable batteries. I feel that this eye mask should be better designed, more useful, and not a fire hazard.

The mask itself is incredibly lightweight (barely feels like 78 grams!) and breathable, so it doesn't feel stuffy or heavy on my face. It also folds flat easily, so I can toss it in my bag and take it anywhere—to the office, on a plane, or just between rooms at home. Highly recommend this for anyone who spends hours on screens or just wants a little self-care moment. Worth every penny!

I have severe dry eye and I bought this as therapy. It was fine the first month. When you charged it, you'd probably get maybe 4-15 minute uses out of it. It's only been 4 months and I'm down to basically using it twice 2-15 minute sessions and the battery dies. It's very annoying that it doesn't last longer than that. In a busy day who's thinking on plugging in their eye mask after every use, especially when I'm using it at night in bed to find out that it won't warm up and that the batteries already dead after I had just charged it the night before. I would recommend not buying this mask. Sadly. I do like the feel of the mask and the comfortability of the mask But having to charge it after every use is ridiculous. They need to find a way to improve their battery life. I would not recommend buying this product unless you don't mind charging your product every 15 minutes after you use it. I would like to update this review and say that the company did reach out to me and they did say that they believed their product that was sent to me. Originally was a defective product and even though it was after the 90 days they did within 2 or 3 days. Send me a new product that seems to be working fine. The product is very comfortable on your face and it warms to a nice temperature
