Love it!
This is great for making your own-it is not lightening fast and takes some work but sooooo worth the effort. I recommend cleaning it up immediately after you use it. It was easy to clean in my opinion but I don't think it would clean up as well when pasta dough dries in it. Good value for the money. Works great. But, a bonus; ya know the ingredients!I would recommend!

Great pasta attachment for many nights of pasta fun
The media could not be loaded. Great quality. Only reason I gave it 4 stars is because the instruction booklet is not very detailed and the tool to press the pasta into the auger seems to be an odd design (1/2 circle rather than a full circle). Other than that I love the press. Easy to use. Versatile pasta shapes. Solid quality. Excited to use this for many family fun evenings of delicious homemade pasta.

Makes perfect pasta

Awful. So time consuming.
Awful. Takes hours to make pasta and so much arm work required. Do yourself a favor and just buy one of the roller ones that you can make spaghetti or fettuccine with. Wish I would have started with that. The spaghetti attachment works but takes forever. The other attachments are literally awful.

Makes amazing pasta
The speed is a little slower than expected. It comes apart for easier cleaning. It's hard to get the spiral pasta to actually spital. It does a number on the kitchen aid. My kitchen aid got really hot while using the pasta maker and now makes a conerning rattling noise when it goes above 2 on speed.

It works, but slowly
I made noodles today. I went for the spiral, you can see it doesn't spiral them like the photos, I guess you have to spiral them yourself. It would have been nice to have a book of recipes and how to make the noodles with this. Next time I would make the noodle very long and spiral the whole thing and then cut it. It also is pretty slow. I got a set of noodles maybe every 15 seconds. It seemed to heat up the dough a little so the noodles started sticking to each other which I show in a photo. Didn't start out that way. I think the chute press should be round, not half moon shaped to push the whole dough down. So that is my list of cons. I do like that it makes noodles and it was easy to use once I figured it out. The instructions are so so, but I show some photos that may help you figure out the parts. I am so-so on this product, I will use it, but I am not excited about it like I hoped to be.

Works great
I love this little pasta attachment for my mixer! I make elbow pasta for my little one! I mix the dough in my mixer and then run it through this and it's quick and easy!
