which ocean or country does this salt come from?

Hi - it comes from a salt water lagoon on the Pacific coast of Mexico. The salt is processed organically by hand and solar evaporation. Does that answer your question?

Can I store this in a container? Say a bamboo box (since you can just pinch this salt)?

Yes - storing in a bamboo box is excellent. That's what I use to store mine. Taste good

It taste good. Its a little moist, I'm not use to having moist salt, but if its truely healthy for me with 80 minerals then I guess it's what I will get use to. I used it when making chocolate chip cookies this evening, not all of it desolved, but the bite I had with the salty and the sweet was actually pretty good, my husband said they turned out perfectly. So now I know I can use it in my baking. I had a glass of warm water with a little of the salt, it wasn't bad, I read drinking warm water with this unrefined salt has many health benefits, I guess we will see how that works out for me. I do think this salt is a little pricey for nearly $20 a bag, but if its healthy, then its better than paying out for medical bills, so I hope its all it claims to be and more.
