I recently purchased this office chair, and it has been a fantastic addition to my workspace.The assembly process was a breeze. The instructions were straightforward and easy to follow, with clear diagrams guiding each step. All necessary tools were included, and the parts were well-organized. I had the chair assembled and ready for use in under 30 minutes. It was one of the simplest furniture assemblies I've ever done.The ergonomic design provides excellent lumbar support, which has significantly alleviated my lower back pain. The adjustable features, including seat height and armrests, ensure a personalized fit that enhances my overall comfort and productivity.

If you've never assembled a chair, you might have some difficulty putting this chair together because instructions are NOT included. Outside of that, it seems pretty sturdy and it's comfortable. The silicone wheels are awesome. They slide perfectly and don't mark my wood floors, so no plastic mat is needed. There are lots of adjustable parts. You can set the arms closer or further away from the seat, and the arm pads move forward and back, and even allow you to angle them. The one I ordered came with a part I didn't know what to do with and I later figured out it goes by the headrest so you can hang a coat or sweater on it, without it dragging on the floor. Overall, I am happy with the chair and I hope it holds up over time.

Do not buy from this seller - the product would not assemble properly. It was rickety and the user was WELL UNDER THE WEIGHT LIMIT. Followed assembly directions to a ‘T’, used support tips and they provided a label that requires the customer to pay to return on a DEFECTIVE product! I’m furious right now.

I am satisfied with the purchase - as shown in the picture, the chair supports the back very well. The material is light, and it is not hard to install following the instructions.The pads for the neck and arms are adjustable, as well as the height. I enjoy sitting in this chair and am glad with this upgrade. Recommended.

Assembly is easy and instructions are clear. The chair is stable and easy to roll. Great value for the price, the support is also quite nice.I like the look of the chair, and material choice seems quite good.

I'm 5'9 and the seat depth of this chair isn't enough for someone of my height or taller to sit comfortably. My 5'5 husband sat in it comfortably, but I would not describe this chair as one for "tall" people.
