Excellent introduction to Neuro- linguistic Programming which takes one systematically through the basic ideas of the discipline. There are questions to think and write about so that one changes one's own thinking as one works through the book. Clearly written and accessible, I really do think that this book could be lfe-changing for those who take it seriously.

This book came very quickly. it is a great book and full of the knowledge I need for my course.

I am learning NLP as part of my course and I do not like it and consequently do not like this book.

this book is one of my favourites self help book

Book was used, which is fine, it is a hard covered book, but in rough shape, the spine has let go, I may only be able to read it once as the pages will not stay in tact with no spine, realizing it is used, it was overpriced for the condition, I am impressed though that the proceeds go to charity just look for better condition books to sell

NLP: The new art and science of getting what you want seems to look more into the aspects of the brain management through visualization, goal setting, and simple but very effective tools in life. Despite it portraying these ideas lucidly, the books absolutely fails to deliver any type of substantial art form of NLP and rarely ever mentions persuasion or any aspect of NLP. This book was a good book, but is NOT for the NLP scholar.
