nice high quality bag
I wound up retuning this item as it was just a little too small for me. If you are looking for a high quality small bag for every day use this is a nice product. I purchased another Belroy just slightly larger to meet my needs but this is a nice bag.

Light, slender, streamlined bag
Amazon initially sent the wrong backpack (not Amazon's fault-- the bag had the wrong tag on it), but once that got sorted out and I received the correct item, everything was good. The bag appears very well made. It is slender and fairly long, which I hope will allow it to fit underneath an airline seat. It has minimal organization inside, so it's not going to be for you if you want a lot of internal pockets and sleeves. I'm using packing cubes, so it seems perfect for my needs.

Painfully Overpriced. Poorly Designed. The worst bag in the history of bags
I was a big fan of Bellroy, and this was my first backpack from them. I had such high hopes for it, especially at over $250. I tried to like it, but in doing so, I missed my return window, and now I’m stuck with this terrible bag forever. The straps are uncomfortable—don’t even try to wear it one-strapped, not even for a moment. The bag doesn’t balance and swings down like a purse. The material scratches easily and also makes it impossible to prop upright. They must have used CGI in the product shots because this thing likes to topple over. Storage is tight, and you can barely fit anything inside. I reached out to Bellroy directly to see if they could do anything, but they were like, “Yeah, no… sorry, sucker.” So in conclusion, stay far away from this bag. Honestly, their customer service, while friendly, has no desire to stand behind their product and make things right for the customer. This bag isn’t worth $250 or even $150… it’s not worth it even if you got it for free. That’s right—this is the worst bag in the history of bags. I realize now why their website doesn't have any reviews on this bag or most of their other products.

Great Bag
Light, study and a well thought out design. The straps are a bit thin, but the curved back really helps with it.

Overpriced and underwhelming
Let me preface this by saying I’ve owened sever bags of this type from The North Face, Arcteryx, Osprey, Timbuk2, Camelback, 5.11, and many others that I cannot think of off the top of my head.First off, this bag is overpriced. There is a Patagonia bag for half the price here on Amazon. My gripes other than price are the bottle holders are just way too narrow. Good luck fitting anything other than a Dasani bottle in there. The pencil pouch at the top is not cut deep enough for pencils, but pens do fit. The straps are cheap and should have more padding. Finally, the bag filled just falls over when sitting it down.Pros, the zippers and bag material are nice.Overall, I’m disappointed and will return this bag for buy something cheaper.
