Stylish tiny pocket/craft knife
Good looking feeling, great lockup, came sharp. It is a bit smaller than I expected; little bit smaller than a Swiss army knife. Now that I look back at the photo on the product page of a hand holding the knife, it is a hand half my size, like that of a 12 year old kid.

5 Star Value
Five stars for value, compare Buck 55- If you're like me and don't want your EDC to look like a WMD, then you probably also enjoy the functionality of these simple little lock blade knives for a gentleman's urban carry. I've owned many styles but the one problem they all have is that they slide out of cotton pants that have virtical pocket openings . As a result, I end up losing them in someone's car every 6-12 months. I got annoyed spending $33 to replace my Buck 55 so I replaced it with this $13 Chinese Boker. Fit and Finish is very comperable. Both knives had gritty action when freshly opened but the buck action cleaned up after a month of use and I expect the Boker to do the same, it's only a couple days old and starting to clean up. The Buck 55 is a little longer in the blade and handle. The Boker is a little thicker in the handle, the slabs have a bulge in them that makes for a nice grip but less helpful when in the pocket. I prefer the blade shape of the Boker, fatter in the belly. The Boker has a tighter blade when opened in lock position then the B55. Both knives arrived factory sharp. I make them sharper with a whetstone, I prefer the steel on the Buck for sharping.I'll update the review if the Boker fails in some way but I don't expect it to. If you buy a knife and it lasts you a decade or more, I'd get the Buck 55 because it's made in the USA and the blade steel has a better hardness balance for taking a great edge. If your going to turn screws and loose it in 2 months then you need this little guy.

Nice, small and discreetly
A nice everyday carry knife. Small enough to keep in the pocket without bulk or weight. You barely know its there. Its a decent light duty knife. It is discrete but effective and would be appropriate for many jobs around the house, office, or job site that require a knife, like opening packages, or cutting twine and tape. It would be appropriate for the tackle box to cut fishing line or bait, as well as for small game hunting. It has a very nice look to it. The lockback adds extra safety. Seems built well, but as i said is light duty. Keep the expectation at that. Don't expect it to take the place of a sturdy 4 inch blade. It has a place and value in that it can be carried discreetly where some knives can't be because of their size. Overall a decent little knife.

Nice little Daily User
I also purchased a Boker Copperhead a year or so ago. The Copperhead is a beautiful knife no doubt about it. It turned out to be a bit larger and heavier than I expected so I don't carry it all the time. I wanted a pocketable knife that I could carry all the time and not notice it in my pocket. At this low cost I thought I couldn't go wrong.Since it is a single blade it has a slim body and lays nicely in the pocket without feeling like a lump. Seems to be a great, everyday, utilitarian pocket knife. I especially like the locking feature. Very handy. It came an a fancy metal box (kind of a waste really). It is unpretentious. Just a rather plain little knife with a nice, sharp, locking single blade. Its looks certainly don't jump out at you (like my Copperhead). It just kinda lays there and says " hey ... I'm here if you need me. I'm ready to help you. Carry me every day".That's what I need in a every day user knife.

Gentleman's Pocket Knife....
I love this little knife. It is almost perfect, comes in a nice tin and would make a nice gift. The price is right, however, it is made in China. Still, nicely made and besides a little difficulty closing, nice knife. Two months later: Not so impressed. Lock does not lineup, snap is gone, movement is slow, blade is dull, does not hold up well with daily use.

Love it!!
This is a great little knife! Keep in mind that while I love this knife and gave it 5 stars, that this is based on the fact that this knife is less than $20. Is the lock a little stiff? Yes it is, but that should get a little better with use. Is the opening action a little rough? Once again yes it is. But this too should improve with use.If you want a super smooth knife with better steel then go spend more money on a better knife. But I love this knife! I thought it was awesome that it came in the cool tin, the blade was razor sharp and I love the way it looks. At this price point, unless it is falling apart or breaking...what do you expect? If you want a cool little knife for a great price then just buy it already. It wouldn’t be my EDC knife by any means. But it’s still a great little knife.

Fantastic Little Knife
I have been an avid knife and weapons collector my entire life and was in the market for some top quality, yet affordable pocket knives recently. I checked online for the top rated brands and Boker kept coming up. I ordered a few knives of different brands, but this was the only one that showed up extremely sharp and ready to go out of the box! An amazing little knife for the price! I work in a pharmacy and I use this knife daily for small tasks like opening stock boxes or totes and it fits perfectly in my back pocket without weighing down my medical scrubs! Fantastic purchase and I would recommend Boker to anybody looking for a quality pocket knife for a good price!

Classy little gents knife. great value for the price
The size of the knife is just about right for me. A small little folder that is long enough to be useful but won't look threatening in most company. The wood and the overall fit and finish on mine seems quite smooth and looks attractive. The lockup feels secure and I have had no issue with it. The blade steel on mine is 440A and not the 440C advertised, but that's a perfectly fine steel for my uses. I don't see this as a hard-use blade, so I don't expect to have to resharpen it often regardless. Edge out of the box was adequately sharp, but not razor sharp. I imagine someone with experience could put a decent edge on it if needed. For the low price of the knife, it seems like excellent value.
