Brilliant stuff
Used this after cleaning my driveway and re-sanding and has worked great. The driveway is on a slope and usually after the first heavy rain it usually washes a lot of the sand out, but not this time.

Great for block paving driveways
Closing all the joints on my driveway. This is something that needs to be done about every five years or so.Once you have raked out all the weeds and grass then applied new sand this then needs to be used. The result makes the driveway look good and at the same time it cleans the paving.Quick drying and the driveway almost looks new.I have not found anything better for this job.

but good for now
Not cheap, but it works well on my sloping block paved drive, used as instructed. Note it comes out milky, but dries clear. Result is that infill sand is "mortarised" and wasn't washed away by recent heavy rains. Dunno how long the effect will last, but good for now. If applying on a slope, probably better to use a coarse sprayer rather than a watering can, to minimise streaking - but any such effects can easily be scuffed off anyway.

Economical and effective
At the recommended dilution, area coverage is impressive. It does what it says - hardens the sand between joints - and also leaves a pleasing satin sheen on the bricks / paving slabs.

It does what it say's it does
Followed instructions , mixed 3L of water to 1/2 L of product , 6:1 ratio. In a 5L container , shook well and decanted into a pumped garden spray. Used 2.5 L of product for a 50m2 block paved area.Took two full days to dry out and harden the sand.

Don’t waste your money !
After having my block paving down for several years I had weeds coming through in the gaps where the paviers had not sealed properly. They used a Marshalls product which made the sand like concrete which on the parts they sealed worked fine.As this Marshalls product is not readily available I decided to try this Muticrete version which looks to be the same or a similar product. After buying two 5ltrs at a cost of £70 I wish I hadn’t bothered !It was applied on dry sand exactly as directed on the instructions and there was no rain for days afterwards but the sand is still loose like it was before applying the product.I thought it would have hardened the sand to stop any weed coming through but apparently not.The next time I clean my drive all of the sand is going to come straight back out again. What a complete waste of £70 that I cannot afford to lose.If I could return the product I would !
