Did not help my ringing ears.
After taking two capsules every day for a month, there was zero improvement with my tinnitis. In fact, I would say it became worse. I was unable to return them because I kept this product for a full month hoping would work. I threw the second bottle away.

There's got to be a product out there, that is better than this. But I can't find it!!!
It kind of works......and is better than the other 4-5 tinnitus pills that I have tried. Best way to put it is, it probably turns the volume of the hiss (in my ear), from a 6-7 to a 5. That is, it works, but just barely (works).

Didn't notice any change in my tinnitus.

Ringing didn't quit.
I won't reorder as I don't see much difference if any after two months. Everybody is different they just didn't work for me.
