Great for flavoring jams
I bought a bottle of this bourbon essence and made two batches of jam. Each batch was large and used up 1/3 of a bottle. One batch is Vanilla Bourbon Pear Berry Jam. And the one in the photo is Vanilla Bourbon Tropical Pear Berry Jam. Both taste amazing. I still have 1/3 of the bottle left.

amazing taste
I add one or two drops to a pepsi and it tastes amazing. I just wish this company would make a larger version of this. I love the taste of honey bourbon but I do not like to drink.
