This is a super delicate product. It broke on the very second use with a little impact. The durability is very poor and the even the strainer is poor quality, you can crush it with your hands without even trying too hard.

Product works as expected, but handle is sooo fragile, crack occured at the edge of the handle, since handle cant sustain weight of the full jar

Looks amazing. No mess. But.. please buy the small one if only two to three cups are made. Go for the bigger one only if atleast four to five cups are to be made. Caution: the handle gets HOT...once it's off the stove DONOT KEEP ON STONE SLAB. keep it on soft cloth surface

It's good but the filter doesn't go down enough so u can't just make 1-2 cups quantity of tea.. u must fill it until the filter sinks and that becomes 3-4 cups tea, that's to much when I just want to make 1 cup..I use this first in a normal glass to make 1 cup tea
