IMO, this is the BEST non-dairy milk there is. High in protein, low carbs. I can’t have dairy, coconut, or nuts without side fx, so this is perfect. It tastes good (neutral, pretty much no flavor) and I buy it by the case at my local health food store each month. I bought it from Amazon when my store couldn’t get it in.

I can’t have dairy so I’ve tried every dairy alternative and this is one of my favorites. We actually discovered it while doing Whole30 and I still use it. My husband can have cow’s milk but he loves this brand and also uses it regularly. We both put it in our coffee because it’s the perfect consistency and has a very pleasant flavor. I love that it has more protein too. During hurricane season especially I like to stay stocked up on certain things we use a lot but I don’t want my fridge stuffed full so this is perfect because it’s shelf stable.

We really enjoy the flexibility of this product. It’s nice to have something that is self stable. We use it a lot when we go camping. Once opened it must be refrigerated- but until then it doesn’t take up space in the cooler. Also nice to have in case we run out of milk and don’t want to make a run specifically for one item.We use ripple on a daily basis for coffee, etc and this is pretty much the same as the refrigerated version. Tastes great on cereal.

I have been buying Ripple as a milk alternative for several years now from the dairy case at the grocery store. The problem is that the stores don't stock enough of it and I frequently have had to substitute flax milk. The Ripple original unsweetened has the fat/carb/protein nutrient balance I want and it tastes very close to (as I vaguely remember it...) 2% dairy milk. It froths up great in my little electric frother pitcher and makes a lovely latte. This shelf stable version is also good and is something I can keep on hand as backup for when I can't get the fresh refrigerated version. It actually froths up a little denser than to refrigerated one, which is great for latte.

Not sure I how I discovered this protein rich, healthy, and not to sweet beverage that makes my body happy, but so glad I did. It actually froths nice with my daily iced matcha and elevates added flavors, like blueberry flavored water. ONE TIP FOR PRODUCT TEAM: please redesign the cap ... I am tired of spilling every single time I shake. It just needs one more thread! It's also perfect for OA hands. I LOVE THIS STUFF! Not bad with Kahlua too! don't ever stop production of the good stuff! (easy packaging for sub & save)

When I gave up soy because of possible inflammatory effects, I was desperate, as a vegan, to find a plant-based milk that offered as much protein. Ripple does that. While I don't like the flavor of Ripple as much as Silk's unsweetened soy milk, it provides 8 grams of protein for 80 calories, and I use it daily in my herbal coffee. When it comes to protein, I think it's about as good an alternative to soy as there is on the market these days.

I bought this product to use while traveling, but the taste and consistency are terrible. It is completely different from the refrigerated version, which I use daily and normally recommend. Unfortunately, even the refrigerated version seems to be getting more watery as the company gradually changes the formula. This purchase was a complete waste of money.
