500ml Amsterdam tubs are great value and the quality of the paint is a step above liquitex basics acrylic paint. The lid is better than Rowney system 500l bottle in my opinion but it's still awkward to shake and squeeze, it nearly always gets caught on the lid. That aside it's still my favorite mid range acrylic paint.

Amsterdam Acrylics never fail - the opacity is excellent, the texture and liquidity are very good, and the colour is always true to the product. I would never paint with anything else
