It is a high quality , clean product, it has a very slight taste and smell, almost imperceptible but not unbearable, just normal for what it is. I am surprised at how clean it actually tastes considering it is beef gelatine. I use it for my joints, skin, hair etc. I bloom it in half a large glass of COLD water, about a large tablespoon, and then I squeeze lime/lemon juice and add a tbsp of honey, finally I add HOT water but I'm careful not to make my collagen drink hot, just LUKEWARM , so it won't destroy the collagen's density and properties. I whisk my drink very well so everything melts together nicely.....I personally enjoy this drink and I feel it's working. You're welcome :)))
