Makes the indigestion disappear.
Every so-often, for reasons I totally don't understand, I'll get a touch of indigestion. Usually associated with a bit of spicy food, but sometimes not. It hit me once and I mentioned it to my friend and he reached into his car's glove box and pulled out a bottle of Tums. I took a couple and was amazed at how quickly the indigestion disappeared.
