TCK 65 inch QLED TV 65C61B is an awesome product. TV built quality is very good with metal body. I have installed it on my TV table and table stands seem made of plastic. But they are sturdy and look elegant. Setup of the TV is very easy. Just connect it to the Wifi and follow the instructions. You need to create a TCL account which is a bit annoying. TV comes with google OS and it is okay initially but over a period of time gets a bit laggy as usual like any android TV. You can use a fire stick if you want to. Picture quality is awesome. The size 65 inch is ideal for 8 to 9 feet viewing distance and you will see more details in picture that you never noticed earlier in smaller sized TVs. If you are considering entry level QD mini LED TVs, Then drop your idea and invest in a 65 inch QLED TV. I am saying this because i own both. This TV supports both Dolby vision and Dolby atmos. Youtube plays HDR and HLG. You need atleast 200 mbps internet connection to enjoy 4k content on this TV. SDR content like news and cricket matches also look great. Picture quality can be adjusted to your taste. Many youtube videos available to tweak the quality to your taste. If you have Amazon prime subscription and Netflix premium subscription, you will enjoy the content on this large screen very much. TV has no color banding issues, color spread across the screen looks smooth, no juddering in 4k HDR 60 fps content, viewing angles are awesome, brightness is also good even if moderate sunlight is there in your room. Ideal for Living room where whole family watches the TV. Colors are very eye pleasing. Sound quality straight from the TV is solid. It has an ONKYO subwoofer on the back side and if you are not a fan of loud sound, there is no need to buy any soundbar. I use it with my old Obage sound system connected to the headphone jack. Sound from headphone jack is low and i didn't like it. But there is an option in the TV to play sound from both headphone jack and TV speakers simultaneously (awesome feature) and this solved my problem. There is an option to use optical out which gives great sound but you can control volume only through sound system remote and not through TV remote. I suggest to use a HDMI eARC supported sound system with this TV to enjoy the Dolby Atmos sound quality. This TV gives better quality than the expensive entry level 55 inch QD mini LED TVs by other competitor which i own one. I am very much satisfied investing in this 65inch QLED tv than my 55 inch QD mini LED TV by other brand because of better viewing angles and better picture in bright sunlit rooms. I sometimes use my firestick 4k on this TV which enables me to use the always watch in HDR feature and Amazon echo Home Theatre feature. Better than Pony, Damsung, Eljee brand TVs in this budget both in terms of picture quality and features. If you are considering entry level 55 inch QD min LED TVs of any other brand in this budget, drop the idea and buy better quality 65 inch QLED TV like TCL 65C61B and you will be much satisfied. I am saying this with experience.

Writing this review after 15 days of use I got the 55inch C61b for rs 31739 effective without no cost emi discount. For that price its a steal deal!! Pros: Sound - the 35w onkyo speaker system on this tv is beast. You won’t need a soundbar if your room is below 150 sqft. The bass is good. The sound clarity is superb. No distortion even in higher volumes. Best speaker system that I have seen in a tv. Picture- its a VA qled panel The picture quality is very good Blacks are deep Colours are punchy No complaints with picture fully satisfied The google tv os is very responsive with minor lags only after booting which goes away after sometimes. Dolby vision HDR HLG HDR10+ supports are there You need to adjust few settings to avoid motion smoothening issue Gaming mode is also there Cons The con I felt is the little backlight bleeding on edges which you won’t notice normally But visible in grey screens not in black So not a big issue Installation is very late I got call after 8th day for installation Overall this is the best tv you can buy under 40k Go for 55 inch or above the onkyo sound is superb Will definitely recommend

“This has been the worst TV purchase experience I have ever had. After some time, the panel started showing shadow-like patches on the screen, which kept getting worse. I contacted TCL support, and they replaced the panel. However, the same issue returned again. TCL then replaced the panel a second time, but the problem still continued. What makes this even more frustrating is that I was provided with refurbished/replacement units multiple times instead of being given a brand-new TV. Despite two panel replacements and multiple replacement units, the TV continued to suffer from panel-related issues. On several occasions, the screen would suddenly go completely black while the TV was running, making it unusable. I have spent more time dealing with complaints, technician visits, repairs, and replacements than actually enjoying the product. Even after repeated failures, TCL never offered a brand-new replacement unit. This clearly shows a lack of confidence in their own product and poor customer care. The picture quality may seem good initially, but reliability is extremely poor. A television is a long-term investment, and customers should not have to go through multiple panel replacements and refurbished units just to keep it working. In my experience, this is the worst TV and the worst after-sales service I have received from any brand. I strongly advise potential buyers to stay away from this product and consider other brands with better quality control and customer support. Please do not buy this TV. Save yourself from the frustration, repeated repairs, and endless service requests that I had to go through.

Crazy good purchase. Using since almost 2 years. No issues so far. I didn't face any screen bleeding issues. Sound quality is quite good too, very loud and crisp. So far so good.

Bought TCL C61B 55 Inch 4K QLED Google TV from amazon for 35K during Amazon Freedom Sale ! Here's my review: One of the best budget TVs with a lot of features! Sound: The sound quality is awesome 35watt speakers with sub woofer at the back loud enough and no distortion at all at full volume. Supports Dolby Atmos too. All other brands provide 20watt speakers and that too without sub woofer. So sound is impressive. Colours and Picture Quality: The Colours are Bright and picture quality is awesome. Have HDR10+ Panel (same as in sony 55 inch tv costing around 55k). As the name suggests supports upto 4k resolution. T-Channel: A Feature exclusive to TCL. T-channel have all the TV channels including news and others. Requires internet connection ofc but works as a digital set top box. Android Specs: Have 2GB RAM and 32GB Storage. Runs smoothly. No lag found. Have google voice assistant too. (alag hi maze hain tv pr voice command dekr old logo ke samne cool banne ke😆) Ports: Have 3 HDMI ports and 1 USB 3.0 port (supports usb hub too so no issues in that case). Audio and microphone jack. And 1 LAN port. Gaming Features: Have 120Hz refresh rate and features like Game accelerator which I am gonna test soon. Recieved the TV today so not tested yet. UI: when connected with internet have google TV interface like any other tv. Offline have TCL home interface which is slightly different but like any other android smart TV. Warranty and Installation: Comes with 2 Years of Warranty from TCL itself. Just register Your Product on the TCL Home app to claim warranty. It doesn't come with Wall Mount that was the only drawback with installation. Installation was free, had to pay 400rs for The Wall Mount. Conclusion: Very satisfied with the TV. Its worth every penny. Competes with the TVs from sony, samsung,LG and provides better features in less price in terms of Sound and Gaming. P.S: Pic is taken from my phone. This is the worst product. I bought it on Amazon in August 2024 and lodged a complaint with TCL last month (on the 26th). They provided an email address, so I sent the details. A service technician arrived, took photos after the service, and demanded ₹500. When I pointed out that the service was supposed to be free, he insisted on payment; because I refused to pay, he didn't upload the photos and instead marked the status as "customer not at home" three times. When I questioned this, they claimed they would process it again, and a new request was raised on the 9th of this month, yet no one has shown up or paid any attention so far. Despite the product being under warranty, they are neither repairing nor replacing it, nor are they offering a refund. I tried contacting Amazon customer care; it took half an hour to get through, and they merely said they would forward the request. It took a long time to even get that far with Amazon, and they aren't taking the matter seriously—neither Amazon nor the TCL service center is paying any heed.
