Needed to help with energy. Could not really tell a difference in energy but are good vitamins.

I chew mine and it is spicy and helps clear my sinuses in addition to health benefits. The spiciness from cayenne is anti-inflammatory.I picked this supplement because it has so many things I’ve read about as beneficial and none of the things that I avoid. It’s my favorite fruit and veggie vitamin I’ve bought so far and will continue to purchase at this value.

I need to stay consistent with this to see results.

These are not for my system, after taking them for a couple of weeks i started having a constipation problem not saying it's effect from the product but did not have that problem before starting to take this product.
