This truly has no taste! I mix it with water and drink it every morning. It mixes easily. I’m on my second order and notice a difference in my hair. My hair is thicker and seems to be growing quickly.

I was using another well advertised and more expensive brand of colostrum. When money ran short, and after having no colostrum for a couple of weeks, I tried this less expensive brand. The taste is good. It dissolves well when chased with water. It’s brilliantly packaged for travel. And mainly, I could feel a difference in energy within a few days of starting this one.

I’ve read a lot of reviews before I bought this. I think I’ll buy it again.I’ve only been taking it for a month and I haven’t had any problems. I haven’t felt a ton of differences but then again I don’t think I’ve been on it long enough to feel that. I love the little packages and I have not had any digestive problems since I started this that’s another plus..We’re gonna do another month and check it out. Hopefully it will help with some of my other problems that my stupid autoimmune disease has caused me. We have to be advocates for our own health and make sure that we are always researching and studying.This definitely fits the billI am someone that suffers from autoimmune disease.I am also a woman who is in preemie menopause.Therefore, it is essential for me to get this every day. It is very easy to use. I mix it in my coffee at the end when it has cooled down just the very last couple of sips. I use one of those little Matcha blender things to blend it up really well and I do a shot of it.I do it once a day around 11 every day because that’s when I’m usually done with the end of my coffee and I have found this to be lovely. No bad taste easy and I like this company so far so good thank you. I will keep going on my journey and hopefully keep you updated.

Incredible results regarding the skin

I've tried several colostrum brands and this one is my favorite. I really appreciate the fact that it is sourced from regenerative farms in New Zealand with grass-fed cows. I have high standards for any supplement I take and I can really tell that PureGold colostrum is higher quality than other brands. It mixes fairly well, a little clumpy, and comes in easy to-go packs. Since taking it, my digestion has improved and I feel like I'm recovering faster after the gym. Also, my skin has really cleared up and I've noticed my energy has been improving. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I've used and seen amazing results from colostrum from a different brand but I ordered from Fasted Athlete because I thought the travel packs would be more convenient while I was traveling for a few weeks over the holidays. I can't speak to the effectiveness of this brand because I couldn't take it consistently enough. Most days I take my colostrum by dry scooping it but that was a big mistake with this powder. It turns into a super thick paste that gets stuck in my teeth. Swallowing it with a swig of water helps but doesn't eliminate this problem. I tried mixing it in water and it clumped up just as badly. As a result, I was inconsistent in taking it, so it ultimately didn't serve its purpose. I ended up leaving the bag at my parents house and can attempt to continue muscling through it on my visits.I'm a huge colostrum fan, but this version from Fasted Athlete is a skip in my opinion.

Tastes good and you can tell it's high quality. Really appreciate the owners videos too on instagram, he seems to really have a heart for people and what he puts into his products, which is rare. The little packets are convenient too, love them.

The powder dissolves well in my shake and doesn’t have a flavor. I thought I’d like the individual packets to make it quick and easy to use but I think I’d rather just have a tub of loose powder and a scoop. It is nice for travel though to have the little packets! Overall product is good and seems to help!
