Seem to burn quicker than the pellets that Ninja supplied, these are chippings but nice smoky flavour on the food.

The product was advertised as 4 flavours but instead of Cherry wood and additional hickory was supplied.

Used the Hickory wood on the BBQ at the weekend for a leg of lamb that had been deboned. As I do not have a smoker box, I soaked the wood chips in water & then put them on top of the coals during cooking. Lovely amount of smoke was produced - wouldn't be as much as a smoker, but wasn't really looking for smokey flavoured meat, so this technique works well.I used about one third of the packet for a piece of lamb that cooked for about 50 minutes. Brilliant gift idea for those BBQ kings out there & love that we have such a different variety of woods & flavours!This will be a big hit in the summer!

The wood chips are a bit smaller than what I'm used to, but they do a great job of adding flavour to my grilled meats, making them very tasty.
