I have been following Bryan Johnson’s blueprint since before it became a brand. The goal isn’t to copy his routine but to measure your own bio markers. Now that these supplements come prepackaged it’s easy to forget how effective they are and how hard Bryan works to secure only the best quality products. Two years ago I was ordering chlorella from a website in the UK. Now I’m paying a fraction of the cost. I switched to the Essential Capsules over my other multivitamin because of the NMN and Spermadine. Hair has been growing like crazy and I don’t get vitamin stomach. Also recommend the cocoa powder if you need a cognitive boost in the morning in addition to your coffee buzz for higher energy levels.

I’m on my second month using Blueprint Essential Capsules, and after trying more supplement brands over the years than I can probably count, this is the first multivitamin in a while that has made me rethink how many separate supplements I really need. What I like most is the formula. It covers the basic vitamins and minerals, but also includes things I was already interested in taking separately, like NR, broccoli sprout extract, fisetin, luteolin, CoQ10, and spermidine. At my age, I’m much more interested in maintaining health and longevity than chasing whatever the newest supplement trend happens to be, and this seems like a well-thought-out combination. Two capsules a day is also a lot easier than having a counter covered with bottles. I can’t claim that a supplement has magically changed my life after two months, but I feel good taking it, I like what’s actually in it, and I’ve already reordered it. For me, that says quite a bit. Second month in, and this has become the foundation of my daily supplement routine.

I like the ingredients in these capsules. Bryan Johnson’s products are extensively researched, so I know I’m getting what I pay for. I have experienced no side effects with this product.

I like the blueprint products. They have the nutrients that most other products don't and because Bryan takes them I believe they would not be a top-notch product with good natural ingredients.

I’ve taken plenty of vitamins and supplements over the years, Blueprint’s Essential Capsules reallystand out. They don’t feel like just another multivitamin — they’re clearly built with a focus on longevity. What I’ve noticed is how much ground they cover in just two capsules a day: support for energy, metabolism, immune resilience, brain health, even protection at the cellular level. Instead of sorting through a handful of different pills, I now get all of that in one simple step. It’s not about a quick fix but about giving my body what it needs to age better — to recover, to slow the wear and tear, and to keep my daily health on track. It’s become an easy part of my routine, and one I actually look forward to.

-⭐️ FFS MAKE YOUR LABEL READABLE‼️ I have super good up close vision but this labels font size is still insanely obnoxious to read❗️ It’s the tiniest tiniest font size & the %’s are unnecessarily spaced out off to the side. 👓 🔎 For anyone without “perfect“ eyesight or those that require ‘readers’ 👓 you will not be able to read this label, ever 🔍 👎 PS I used to design supplement labels for a living & this label is a joke.
