Everything you will need except a hairdryer/heat gun! Brought my sony earbuds back to life after experiencing the dreaded battery issue. Easy enough replacement to do and saved a huge amount vs going to sony direct. Battery life is now perfect and my earbuds back to normal working order.

Didn't work for me.
Didn't work for me, wouldn't power up or connect with either ear bud after. Only replaced one battery, didn't bother with the left earbud, waste of money for me. **Note** While this did not work for me, originally I left a one star review did not ask for a refund, they reached out and offered a full refund, so cant ask for better customer service than that, hence 4 stars.

Excellent kit for replacing the Sony wf-1000XM3 batteries
Bought this to replace my Sony wf-1000XM3 batteries as mine were 5 years old and barely lasting an hour. Watched as many videos as I could and used this kit. It's exceeded my expectations. The batteries are back up to lasting 4-5 hours at least (not done a full test) and everything in the kit (that was needed) worked well. Advice to anyone doing this. Watch the videos repeatedly, take your time and use this kit. Also, the razor blade is (obviously) very sharp!

Just fitted this battery upgrade, all the parts supplied do the job and very happy so far , please take your time and persevere no pulling and yanking,these are very small parts , also use magnifying glasses and reset your headphones in the case and fully charge , recommended.

Rubbish replacement batteries and tool kit
Absolute rubbish very cheap plastic tools broken on arrival and batteries not working raised a return and took to post with all paper work as instructed but told could not post batteries unless they were inside a device ( royal mail rules ) - at the moment I'm stuck with a failed item and unable to get a refund AMAZON HAS FAILED NO STARS AS NOT WORTHY OF EVEN the lowest

Went from 1 hr to 6-8hrs of battery life.
Works perfectly for my wf1000xm3 earbuds. If you use the tools that come with it and just lookup any YouTube video of how to do it, it shouldn't be anything other than a breeze to replace the batteries. Anyone can do it! Just take your time.

Erweckt alte EarBuds wieder zum Leben.
Der Akku-Wechsel hat ziemlich reibungslos funktioniert und die Laufzeit meiner InEars von 1-2h mit aktivem ANC wieder auf 7-8h mit ANC gebracht » also so gut wie neu. Die Plastik-Pinzette taugt leider nichts und ist fast sofort gebrochen, aber man kann für den Ausbau auch einen Zahnstocher oder eine richtige Pinzette benutzen. Ich würde aber empfehlen, vor dem Öffnen der InEars ein Video auf Youtube zur Vorbereitung anzuschauen. Die Buds bekommt man am einfachsten auf, indem man sie vorher mit einem Föhn leicht erhitzt und sie, so brachial sich das anhören mag, dann vorsichtig in eine Schraubzwinge spannt und dadurch etwas Druck erzeugt, sodass die Seiten sich öffnen. Natürlich solltet ihr dabei wirklich vorsichtig vorgehen, nicht zu schnell zu viel Druck erzeugen und die Enden der Zwinge mit mit Isoband oder sowas abkleben, wenn sie aus Metall sind, damit nichts verkratzt. Wenn sich nichts öffnet, lieber noch mal ne Minute mit dem Föhn ran, damit der Kleber weicher wird. Die Akkus sind gut und der Kleber auch » den kann man nach einem Tag Trocknen einfach von der Außenseite abrubbeln, also macht euch keine Sorgen, wenn die Buds beim Verkleben etwas eingesaut werden. Wichtig dabei ist, dass man rundrum genug Kleber verwendet und dass man dann genug Anpressdruck für die Trocknungszeit schafft, wofür ich nicht die Gummis, sondern schmales Isoband verwendet habe. Kann das Set empfehlen, auch wenn da viel Zeug dabei ist, was für den Umbau gar nicht notwendig ist, man braucht eigentlich nur die 2 kleinen Batterien und den Kleber. Viel Erfolg bei euren OPs 🙂
