Works great with no spilling of gas
Keep an eye on it while pumping as it has a tendency to keep pumping after you release the handle. I’ve learned to keep my finger on the on off switch when the tank is almost full. But it is a great transfer pump.

Works as intended but….
I got this siphon for my fish tank. Works well but I’m a bit hesitant to give it 5 stars. It will get hot after a bit of time (5 min). Luckily this is just for tank water changes. The construction is slightly questionable so we shall see how long it lasts. But it was super affordable. A few things to note, it will continue to siphon after you turn it off. Also there are spelling mistakes on the package. Just some FYI.

Feels solid and well built. Does the job for me.
I have tried pumps similar to this in the past with not much success. The pump is battery powered and can use either two D cells or 6 AA cells. I am using 2 D size rechargeable cells because I use the pump quite a bit at one time. I have a pretty large fuel storage tank for home use. About 24 gallons. In the spring I go to the coop with 5, 5-gallon fuel cans, fill them and bring them home. I don't even take them out of the truck before I use the transfer pump to empty them into the larger storage tank. It only takes a couple of minutes to empty one 5-gallon can, so it only takes about 10 - 15 minutes to get all 5 cans into the tank. I used to do it by hand and ended up with diesel fuel all over the place. Besides that, I am over 70 years old, and those 5-gallon cans are getting too heavy for me to handle. I have only done this once so far but the 2 D cells easily handled the job. So far, I am really happy with the transfer pump. It feels well built, it's light and stores easily. I give this one 5 stars and have already recommended it to a couple of my friends

Pump works great, hose cracks and leaks.
The pump works great. However, the hose tends to crack and leak after about a month of use. I have bought two to these and had the same issue with both.

Easy to use
Worked once and that was it. Would not pump gasoline on my second use. Very disappointing to say the least!!

Works great
Emtied 10 gallons in just a couple of minutes. Used the D cell battery. option to power it. Can't speak to how long the battery will last as I only have used it once. Very little noise. No drips except when you finish. The handle does not stop fuel flow so there will be gas in the hose that will pour out when you are done. Keep a container handy to catch it if you are concerned about spilling.

Great for the price!
I'll update as time goes by but so far this thing is awesome. Pumps easily and quickly. Mainly use it to fill up my ATVs from 5 gallon jugs. The main weak/failure point will be the hose as it's very cheap and thin. For 20 bucks tho I am very impressed.

Switch causes pump not to work. Here’s how to work around the issue.
The pump worked great. When it was working. Mine stopped working after about two months, and I discovered that the problem was in the switch that turns the pump on. I also found out that if you press the on side of the switch and hold it down firmly the pump will start working. It will pop as long as you hold this which firmly down.

Buena idea, muy mala calidad.
Justo lo que necesitaba, lástima que la calidad es muy mala, al segundo uso la manguera tenía fugas. Más que ayudar me hace un mojadero por todos lados.
