Will these fit a curved shelf?

I'm not sure what you mean by a 'curved shelf' but it seems to be designed just for a straight shelf which is what I've got.

Does the fridge drawer organizerb come with one bin or two?

It came with one bin. I was so pleased I ordered another bin and have had no regrets

Does this have a stopper mechanism so the drawer does NOT pull all the way out?

Not sure exactly what you are asking, but once affixed in its location, travel of the drawer is limited so you don't accidentally pull it out its tracks.

How do i lock it in place ?

The back of the shef attaches to the glass shelf and is Spring loaded to keep it in place. It's really very simple and installs in seconds.
