too small for fingers
the holes are so small I can barely get my finger tips in them let alone get the ball anywhere near my palm. Complete waste of money

don't buy this
the foam rubber is too firm and not elastic enough to be useful for any therapeutic purpose. The elastic rubber band is not very elastic. The whole thing is just lousy garbage and shouldn't be sold. I returned it immediately
