I bought my unit last april, so far wi was satisfied until last week, the unit got first denied card storage and needs to format, then after the device keeps powering on and off. I need support from the seller

very clear night and day use, just note though that it will feel very hot when in operation but will not affect the performance at all. also will consume car battery power if you will not use your car within 24hrs. this has auto shutoff function to save car battery but for some reason it sill draining my battery. overall this is a good product.

I installed the DDPAI N5 Dual 4K Dash Cam on my Dodge Challenger, and while the camera hardware itself is excellent, the app experience is absolutely terrible. The app is full of bugs and feels abandoned. GPS tracking is inaccurate and unreliable, sometimes logging fake routes or taking random photos for no reason. The 24/7 parking mode records random clips even when the car hasn’t moved. The gallery is a disaster — videos are mislabeled, duplicated, and completely unorganized. It constantly disconnects from Wi-Fi, crashes during playback, and every time I open it, it asks me to “experience a new version” even though I already have the latest one. The interface looks outdated, the live preview lags or fails to load, and navigation is frustratingly slow. It’s shocking that DDPAI keeps releasing new products without fixing the app that all of us rely on. The hardware is solid, but the software ruins the experience. If DDPAI wants to keep loyal customers, they must release a real app update — not another pointless patch. Users are tired of waiting.

Praticamente il vetro dopo pulito ,dev'essere asciuto. Risolto pure un malfunzionamento di un cavo con rivenditore. Servizio clienti molto gentile

Image quality looks great! Haven't installed it yet... glad I tested it first. The rear camera was busted. Got a replacement really fast. Noticed it is different to the one that turned up? The new one is better and connects via 1 cable. The initial one had two cables that connected... could be the difference between the 2026 version and the old one?

Tadavia noblo he probado, pero digo que en un kia sportage, ponerle el terminal obd es imposible, vere a ver si lo puedo poner en los fusibles, ademas el dobde va el retrovisor va una area que no se que dispositivos lleva lo que dificulta el ponerlo, se ve bien robusto y buena calidad, pero como digo vere a ver si consigo ponerlo.
