If you find a hot sauce with gluten in it you're better than I am. Then again my Kroger store brand "Afrin" nasal spray said it was gluten free so I realized people think it's in everything.

I like medium hot is this very hot ?

The black is a low to medium heat. The flavor is outstanding There is definitely a sweetness to it. The guy that said it tastes like ketchup - I'd like to have his ketchup. I'd consider myself a medium heat level guy. I can handle killer hogs, howler monkey original, lingham hot sauce, gochujang and Cutino chipotle hot sauce with the Cutino Chipotle being probably near the limit of my heat.

In one description it says ‘real black truffle’, and in another it says ‘black truffle oil’. Wondering which one? Our family likes real truffles but

Hi there! Thanks for stopping by our page :) We use both real truffle and an oil in our product. The oil helps give our product the silky smooth consistency rather than a water/vinegar based sauce! We look forward to serving you. Cheers.

How many come in a pack?

I'm not sure, I ordered just one. But I'm on the path of reordering another. If you decide to go for it try it out on avacado toast with a fried egg. Yum
