Will it really work? Lines and sagging? How long?

I've been using this for crepey décolleté area for about 2 years wouldn't use anything else and I've tried so many different lotions .You have to be persistent and use day and night and after about 6 months you will notice a difference!!!! I can now wear low neck tops again😁
