I’ve tried a lot of supplements that claim to help with hydration or recovery, but these actually deliver. I started taking them as a way to avoid that sluggish, hungover feeling after a night out, and the difference was noticeable almost right away, maybe a week. 10/10 product! I love these. These do not upset my stomach or cause diarrhea for me. I know others personally who do take it and it doesn’t do that for them but does keep them regular daily and causes a bowel movement within a few hours of taking it. They are super effective and my doctor was super happy with my lab results while being on this. The dose is perfect for someone who’s vitamin d is pretty low! I will definitely keep buying these for life! I recommend them to literally every single person I know!

My doctor said I need to take vitamin D (I’m 56) and I never could find one that I liked or remembered to take. These are so tiny and I love the bag they come in. I take other things from this company and like all of it!. Time will tell when I have my appointment in September for my physical to see if it’s all really helping :).

The bag is awful. I’ve already spilt and lost many. While looking at the capsule they look cloudy. It’s very strange. Not something I’ve seen with other supplements. I’m taking like normal and they seem fine.
