Delicious and Great on just about everything
I don’t recall how/where I initially stumbled upon this spice but was so happy I found it when I ran out on Amazon! The flavor is amazing and a great value for the cost. It pairs with just about everything from pork, to steak, to pasta. It’s fresh out of the jar. Highly recommended this for your pantry.

THE PERFECT MIX OF HERBS!
So delighted to find this organic version of Herbes de Provence. It has the exact herbs I wanted with none of the ones I did not want, such as lavender. Made a wonderful beef-veggie soup with it.

No lavender, thank goodness!
I love Herbs de Provence, I use it for chicken, to season pot roast, and I'm a couple recipes. I've tried several brands and this is the only one I like. It doesn't have lavender in it, which is my preference. Lavender changes the flavor profile and makes it smell like the sachets I put in my sock drawer - I just can't get over that association. I've ordered multiple times and it's always fresh with plenty of time until the expiration date and great flavor. Absolutely love cooking with this!
