1st use
We heated the oil couple times but it left with some sticky black oil marks at the center of pan. 1st we made some eggs and then thoroughly cleaned with soap.. it needed very less oil and omlette did not stick to pan. But after washing the smell of omlette is not going at all.. we rubbed lemon peels as well and again soap but it has that eggie smell in it. We are happy though.. keeping the pan only for eggs :)
