This is an extremely mild scented tea . But I think its great to relax and calm yourself especially after a tough day at work or after a good workout . No need to add any sort of sweetner . Try to get used to the taste

I bough the Rooibos Chai when my other high quality rooibos chai was out of stock. This one is more expensive and I waited a while to see if my usual was going to be come back in stock. Now that I've tried it, it may actually be worth the price. The rooibos in this tea is a long stringy rooibos. There are not small "dusty" particles in this mix, and my tea is very clear. It has a rich aroma and I like the flavor as well if not better than my previous tea.

I really enjoy chai flavors, but sometimes I want that warm, spicy cup of tea without adding caffeine to my day. This rooibos chai is a great solution. It combines South African rooibos with the traditional chai spices of cardamom, cinnamon, ginger, and cloves, and the combination works surprisingly well. The rooibos gives it a naturally smooth, slightly earthy and almost sweet base, while the spices add plenty of warmth without completely taking over. I can definitely pick up the cinnamon and ginger, with the cardamom and cloves rounding everything out. It has that cozy chai character I was hoping for, but it isn't as heavy or intense as some traditional black-tea chai blends can be. I also really like that it's caffeine-free. That makes this something I can drink later in the afternoon or evening without wondering whether I'm going to regret that decision at bedtime. It's good plain, but it's especially nice with a little milk or cream. If you like a sweeter chai, a touch of honey would work well too. The pyramid bags give the tea and spices more room to steep than a tightly packed traditional tea bag, and I appreciate that they're biodegradable. I let mine steep long enough to get a good, flavorful cup rather than pulling the bag out too quickly. If you're expecting the strong black-tea backbone of a traditional masala chai, rooibos obviously tastes different. But as a caffeine-free alternative, I think this is very well done. It's warm, aromatic, comforting, and has enough spice to actually deserve the word "chai." Disclaimer: May cause an unreasonable desire to sit under a blanket holding the mug with both hands like you're starring in a commercial for autumn.

This is a review for the Luxmi Estates Rooibos Chai Herbal Tea. You’re getting a resealable bag containing 50 tea bags. The tea bags are the pyramid shaped bags, which I love! The ingredients are short - rooibos, cardamom, cinnamon, ginger, and cloves. That’s it! To make a cup you just boil your water, add a tea bag to your mug, pour the hot water into your mug, and let the tea brew. I don’t go by directions when it comes to herbal teas. I added 12ish ounces of water and let it brew for over 10 minutes. That’s just how I do it. There are directions on the bag for water and brewing times, so if you’re unsure just go by the directions. I’m but a random reviewer who gets a little wild with my tea. What can you do? So, for chai, I will admit, I’m picky. I usually prefer chai lattes. And heavily prefer a vanilla situation. And the spices have to be a certain way. That said, I like this one! This is a nice chai. It smells really nice and the taste is also nice. I didn’t add anything to it for the sake of the review, and it really doesn’t need anything. It’s lovely all by its lonesome. But you can always add sugars, sweeteners, creamer, milk, whatever. You do you, YOLO! The value of the tea is great, I love that you’re getting 50 bags. And I mentioned my love of a pyramid bag, I think they just allow for a better brew. There’s more room for the tea leaves to dance around. The design and look of the packaging is pleasing, too. Awesome tea, just awesome.
