Broke on first use
One of the securing hinges broke immediately upon first use.

Item came deformed by the courier
The item was crushed during delivery i guess leading to the basket being deformed from its original shape. It still works but it was very disappointing to not have it with its original shape

Worst service ever from Amazon.
I received the basket today after 2 weeks and it was badly damaged. The product is light and fragile, and they put it in a plastic basket instead of a cardboard. That is incredibly stupid. I have asked my neighbour to buy it for me as she has a Amazon Prime account, so she will ask for a refund. This company should be avoided because they are just stupid and do not know how to ship a product. Unbelievable.
