I haven't seen any kinds of results yet like y'alls products says it works very fast and I've been taking it 4-5 weeks and it didn't say do any squats etc while taking them I'm thinking they should work without any exercises!!!!! I feel I've done wasted my money on this product smh 🤦🏻

Not sure if they work or not. I've been taking them for almost two months in addition to diet and exercise every other day. I see little difference which is probably just because of the exercise. But they were only ten bucks so I guess it's not really a loss? They do give me late periods, and occasionally minor headaches. That could just be me

Not seeing results but im hopeful. Do not notice any growth and hips or weight gain however, maybe I need to try another month with these to see if I can get some results. These have a great taste. I enjoy taking these daily.
