I bought this toothpaste after learning from the dentist that I had several incipient cavities that may need filling soon. The dentist recommended that I get some intensive fluoride products, but my reading indicates that the fluoride products work better when used in combination with a nanoparticle calcium product. The fluoride helps to repair the surface of the tooth, and the calcium nanoparticles help to fill in the demineralized portion of the dentin underneath. The combination has the side benefits of both reducing the white/yellow cloudy appearance of demineralization (left over from having braces when I was a kid), and also reducing the sensitivity that comes with the thinner areas. I wasn't able to find any calcium nanoparticle products available within the U.S., but this toothpaste seemed to fit the bill. It contains a biomimetic hydroxyapatite nanocrystal compound that has been validated through a number of research studies to help repair teeth. So, despite it being pretty expensive (though less so than some other brands), I bit the bullet and purchased a tube.I was a little skeptical when I received the toothpaste in a weirdly thoroughly taped box, which, when I opened it, was clearly Italian packaging, but this toothpaste has really saved the day. When I brush with it, my teeth feel super smooth and clean, and within a few days the sensitivity and occasional pain have lessened and now, at a month in, they are almost gone. My teeth look whiter and nicer. And, when I use this toothpaste in combination with a fluoride product, my teeth feel really clean all day. My husband likes using it as well. When I started running low, I immediately bought another tube. I'm sold and will continue to use this product.

This stuff WORKS. It's like getting a dental treatment. I noticed the change immediately. The worse your teeth are, the more you will notice the difference. This stuff literally fills holes and cracks (minor ones) in your teeth. I have "crazing"- the kind you see on old china, on my teeth from an accident, & this CURED it. Amazing, amazing stuff- not sold in USA- why, I have no idea- but I won't use anything BUT this toothpaste.

This has a strong mint flavor, Colgate is more mild. This doesn't have any fluoride so I alternate it with another paste that contains it.

This was my absolute favorite toothpaste until recently. The company completely changed this toothpaste within the last year, and it seems like it's now about 4 times more watery. I really could not believe how different it was when I got the new version and was not aware it had changed. The new tube lasted at least half as long as the old one did. I can only imagine the company just decided to water this down to increase their profits. I am moving on to try other brands that will hopefully be a better value.

This stuff is amazing. I have multiple cavities and two broken teeth. The cavities are fading and my broken teeth aren’t sensitive anymore. I’ve only been using this for one week. I will be buying more.

Really works well. My teeth used to stain with coffee and red wine. This product acts like a barrier to those stains. Only drawback is that I have to use mouthwash. Did nothing for my breath

$8 might seem like a lot for toothpaste. But when it's the only one that keeps your teeth clean from placque, it's so worth it. I just bought the mouthwash, will review that soon.

Super mint. Zinc instead of calcium for an anti microbial effect
